Had an issue with a large purchase being defective. Shelly the sales specialist in appliances/cabinets was extremely kind and went the extra mile above anyone else I dealt with. She is an amazing employee and I hope that upper management recognizes her contribution to the company.

Staff in store was very helpful in finding some outdoor christmas lights. I bought the hard to find last one in stock at this location. Then the staff found more in another location only a couple miles away and they were able to have it on hold, so when i made the quick drive to the 2nd location my item was already at the counter waiting for me. Made the experience really pleasant.

I really like this Lowes. Much easier to shop here than HomeDepot. John in flooring/shades is very knowledgeable and helpful with our recent order. Very happy with the end result.

Love this store. Very clean and neat. Friendly employees and helpful beyond. Would prefer to go there over another home improvement store.

I'm a Home Depot guy not a Lowe's guy but this is a nice facility and the people at this location are very helpful

Purchased my smoker pellets . All great they at least had them .

11/15/19 update
I needed a sink gasket for leaking faucet. The store was very clean and organized. I was able to find what I needed without assistance. Assistance did arrive after I found what I needed they confirmed I had the correct part. I’ll definitely only come here for now on. Thanks Lowe’s and Stay lit 🔥

Never thought I'd appreciate getting asked every 5 minutes if I need anything. Employees at this location are great.

Wayne in electrical helped me with my project and quickly understood what was needed. He located all parts and explained how and what goes where for installation. Nice job thanks to Wayne.

I'm not a fan of Lowes in general. I usually go to home depot. The staff at this location was excellent!! They may have changed my outlook about the company.

There is good and there is bad to this review, but ultimately one employee performed at a level that I could only hope other customer service representatives would. The bad: unfortunately made a purchase using a AMEX gift card, when purchase was complete, Lowes clerk (who was otherwise great) threw away gift card (i didn't think twice about it) more bad: 3rd party delivery service is the worst, and Lowes employees know it but can't do anything about it. It was so bad that we canceled the purchase. Good: Lowes agreed to cancel order, no questions asked. More bad: they could only issue credit back on original method of payment, but gift card was gone! Good: Lowes was able to get me gift card# and expiration date. Unfortunately, American Express wanted receipt for gift card that was no longer available. After much frustration, I somehow got Laura on the phone, one of the store managers. She is the bright spot! She called me every time she said she would, kept me apprised of where she was in the resolution process, and ultimately provided me with a solution that was what I was looking for, but never really expected would happen. I have spent tens of thousands of 1 dollars at Lowes Bay Shore and was convinced it was over. Laura single handedly has saved me as a customer. She deserves internal recognition at Lowes. I hope this review gets her some. Thank you Laura!!

Bought a beautiful concrete birdbath. Only $45!

Helpful. Had part of what I needed and made recommendations of where else to check that I was able to get the items I needed.
I needed the mounting bracket for an old type KitchenAid dishwasher bottom rack wheel. They did not have it but they sent me to Island replacement parts and faucets who then sent me to Suffolk appliance parts! I eventually got what I needed but it was because of the recommendation I got when I was in the store to get bulbs and look for this part.

The garden center always has great selection of healthy plants/trees/bushes. They also have a great variety of garden products.

Great staff very helpful been beating the pants off "the other place" across the board my only problem is they should keep better inventory but that's higher up to corporate ladder no one at our customer purchase levels but great sales that over last 6 months to a year have been untouchable but after a few visits & website views you'll see for yourself just wish they carried milwaukee & klein but between flex,dewalt & even kobolt your covered ideal is pretty decent but a bit pricey as a competitor(my opinion)
