This is a great Best Buy. Staff is always super helpful, and they always have what I need. Today they saved me from making a poor purchase by being honest and telling me a product was not a good fit for me. I appreciate the help. Always a good vibe when you walk in, and super clean as well.

This review is about the auto service. I interacted with both George and Bryan. My first visit was with George. George was obviously very knowledgeable about, not only the service he provides, but products and cars in general. George was very helpful in finding me a product that suited my needs. The next time I returned, George installed the front and rear dash cams. His work was organized, timely, and clean. He informed me of the work he did and gave me a lesson on the functions of the dash cams. He explained various helpful things to me. I developed an issue with the car battery, which George was able to assure me was not due to the recent dash cam installation; and he was correct. When I returned, I wanted to remove the dash cams, however Bryan performed a few tests on the battery and was able to determine it was an issue with the battery. Bryan did this work very quickly. He kept me informed of the work he was doing. Bryan, as well, is clearly knowledgeable about, not only the service he provides, but also products and cars. I saw Bryan AFTER I took the car to the dealer and was told that they couldn’t find the issue. I don’t know enough about cars to determine why that was, however, Bryan seemed to perform simple and straightforward tests to determine the issue and he gave me the solution. I had a very good experience with both George and Bryan. I think they’re excellent technicians who are helpful, honest, skilled, knowledgeable, and do great work. I think they can work anywhere. This long-winded review is mostly for them, as I hope their management and other customers see this.

Zachary in home theater knew his stuff. Answered all my questions, was patient, and listened. Though he pushed the extended warranty somewhat aggressively, we went through with our purchase mainly because of him and his knowledge of things.

Great service. See Edwin B. for anything you need! Got a TV and a Samsung s9 at a great price. Remember to ask for open box items.

I went into the store to find out about an Apple watch for a gift,and was greeted by Vincent who made my experience absolutely perfect! Give him a raise! The manager of the Patchogue store needs to step up his game. I won't shop at his store location ever again!

I purchased a Printer from here and the moment I walked in someone asked if I needed any HELP. The staff member assisted and also helped me carry it to my car since I have an issue with my nerves on my fingers. I wish every store I visited was like this.

Fantastic location. Love this Best Buy. They have great deals for the floor models TVs. Geek Squad answer your questions right away.

I did an online order and it was so easy to pick up. The person at the door got my items for me. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. Oddly enough their online site had baby toys really inexpensive. Bought them with my rewards certificates from my best buy card. Very easy and enjoyable experience.

The customer service at this Best Buy gets a 5 star rating ..
I was looking at dishwashers and with in mins a customer service provider came over to help me, he was knowledgeable and friendly and within a half hour he helped me choose and purchase a great dishwasher .. the price was very good also.
The two employees responsible for my pleasant and efficient visit was Vincent and Justin from this Elwood store.
I highly recommend Best Buy to anyone that needs appliances ..

When I arrived, I was told that the store was on limited staff and if I had any questions, just to come up to the front to ask. It was amazing. I had such a pleasant shopping experience WITHOUT being asked if I needed help 100 times. I was able to browse leisurely and didn't have to interact with anyone. Bug fan of limited staff.

David at the computer/laptop center was great. He was very friendly and helpful. I ended up not buying my laptop here because they didn't carry the model I was looking for, but if they did, I would have, and I'm sure David would have gone beyond my expectations.

I come here most of the time for electronics, etc. I've bought many things from here, both minor and major, and they're all fantastic quality. Super friendly, helpful, and informative staff. They never push me to buy anything. They answer all my questions and agree with my desires and opinions in a friendly manner. Best Buy is a very reliable place and in my experience, there's no reason to doubt its greatness. :)

Great store. Staff is always helpful. I had them come to my house to help install a 65” tv and demo some high end audio quest cables. They installed two TVs helped me with the setup.

They even credited me a few hundred dollars when the 65” tv dropped in price a few days later. Amazing. I have some advanced membership not haven’t taken advantage of it due to the coronavirus.

This store is fantastic. I’m a Best Buy fan as they have amazing support and a great return policy. They matched pricing for me on multiple occasions.

I walked around this store for a good 15 minutes with my son trying to get someones attention to help us and no one responded to us. I was honestly annoyed when I was on the customer service line waiting to pay, and when I got to the customer service desk I was helped by a man named Dimas who helped me to every extent, and he went into the back to find me what I needed. He was great and patient when helping me find what I was looking for.
