Hello didn’t ignore me or act like she didn’t want to be bothered great customer service made me want to actually buy things I was unsure about … need more like her !!!

Workers there could care less about costumer service . Usually theyre better at the mall. At the mall store they ask if you have questions or need help.
They dont do that here (instead complain to each other that they dont want to restock items) , but fine. However, one of the samples was completely empty. I thought about being helpful by letting her know since she was just standing there. A mid-aged lady said “o ok.” I wouldnt have thought much about it because i only did it with good intentions, but not even asking what sample it is when youre just talking away with a coworker is sort of lazy , rude and dismissive. Poor customer service

I wish I got this woman’s name, she walked over to my mom and I, my mom was looking at some Sephora brand powder, turns out they didn’t have it in stock in her color, only the sample she tried. This woman came over and asked if we needed help at the beginning of my mom looking and we said no thank you. Then as we were searching for the correct color, she came over again annoyed bc I accidentally dropped the make up pad in the sample powder. My mom then asked if she had any make up remover bc they didn’t have her color in stock and she wanted to try another color and she said no. Girl, how do you not have make up remover at SEPHORA. I then told the woman that the color my mom wanted wasn’t in stock and asked if there was another brand similar to what she initially tried, she basically ignored my question and said we can go on the app and see if any of the sephoras in the area carried it. She was so rude and unhelpful. Needless to say, we went to Ulta. Definitely will not be shopping at Sephora in the near future. This woman works the morning shift on Saturdays, about short-ish dark hair and thin eyebrows. I hope you find a new job babe, bc you’re clearly miserable at this one xo

I will never shop in that store ever! I was trying to purchase some stuff and I was needing assistance. One girl just walked off and the other one was talking for almost an hour to a friend so I left my products there and walked out. I’ve never had such a horrible experience, Sephora has many products that I could use, but I refuse to ever shop in any Sephora again, somebody needs to straighten them out

All I have to say is that the manager is horrible and gives you a freaking bad attitude. She has poor customer service and is very snotty. Just go to the regular Sephora store instead. The Sephora team treats you better. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
