It was good just stopped to pickup an item I forgot at the grocery store

I ordered Xmas cards and when I picked them up their was a problem and I wrote to corporate for help. They were not helpful. I had to call the store directly. I told the nice girl over the phone (forget her name but she was great too) the problem and when I got there the assistant manager Annette was relayed the message already and was expecting me which was a good start that. Annette went above and beyond out of her way to help get my cards fixed. I was having such a bad day that day and went in expecting to want to pull my hair out by the end of it. Thankfully I was wrong. She turned my bad day around completely and I left smiling and feeling so relieved. Annette took great care of me like she knew me personally. I’ve never been so impressed with customer service at store to feel the need to leave a review but this was above and beyond. Jim was working at the front was also very friendly while I waited. I went to this CVS to scan over 100 photos to a USB drive - something that this technologically challenged customer had never done before. Both Heidi and Katie were incredibly patient and helpful. They quickly zipped between working the registers, doing their other tasks, and helping me get the scanning just right. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Hey...locals go to CVS because it's open 24 hours. I 💘 this store, and know that the pharmacy counter always gets slammed with disgruntled customers who get 😡 angry when their insurance doesn't cover their 💊. It's unfortunate that insurances are cutting costs but don't take your anger out on the helpless pharmacist who is only "trying to fill your prescription" and help you.. Put yourself in their 👞 when dealing with the public.

I think this might have been the CVS I went to in or near Marlborough. I needed to have a minor surgery and chose to stay the night at a hotel rather than driving home to Cape Cod.
As I recall, I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily even though it seems every CVS I have ever set foot in has a different layout, but that's why there are signs above the aisles. Anyway, I got some pain medicine, theracare warming patches and an icebag as well as probably a couple of travel toiletries.
The cashier was friendly and efficient and asked if I had found all I needed. I don't think there was any line which was nice and not always the case as some CVS stores seem to be understaffed. All in all a good experience, the store was clean and well stocked and I got what I needed quickly.

Needed a prescription on labor day and it was filled within 20 minutes if my doctor calling it in. So incredibly thankful they were open

The pharmacy located in this store is top notch. Went in the other day for a flu shot and was helped immediately with prompt and courteous service. Thank you pharmacy team.

There’s this amazing guy named Jim that works there who literally spent like 5 extra minutes using cvs coupons on me and got it so i only spent $5 for 3 masks and some panty hose. Hes very social too, great conversation. I would come here just to say hi to Jim lol

I love the manager here, she is very kind and helpful. Store employees are always willing to answer any questions and help you find what you need.

Pharmacy staff were helpful and polite.

I like the staff in Marlboro ma CVS, they at least answer the phone un like Maynard
