This has been our go to location for years but now they have a customer for life for their outstanding customer service! Thank you to Mr Spanky & his team for going above and beyond to correct an issue my teenage son encountered over the weekend. Mr Spanky treated my son fairly and compensated him generously for a hat that was damaged under their care by someone who was not supposed to be working on hats. My son said Mr Spanky was very understanding, resolved the issue on the spot and personally steamed his new hat. As a father I want to personally express my gratitude for your professionalism and commitment to customer service!

I'm from out of town and I called to this Location for a pair of Boots I've been looking for. He didn't have them there, But he went the extra mile and located them for me. Friendly and helpful service. First place I've found a pair of boots that fit me properly in years. I'm never going to another store that sells boots and groceries again for my boots. Also had suspenders that won't come loose at the worst time.

One of the larger Cavender's stores. Great selection of boots and hats. Every time I've come in the store has been adequately staffed and there's always an available sales associate.

Tremendous selection boots both for males and females. Great designs. I wouldn't comment about the pricing as I am not a regular user of the boots. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining how to store was set up and helped us in locating different sizes in the same style. They were more than happy to also recommend some styles. Other than boots they had hats and belts and many other things made out leather and metal. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the place even if you are not interested in buying any boots.

I love this place. They have the best selection of Ariat jeans and boots. Everything here is good quality and the service is second to none. People have the wrong impression about Cavenders. You don't have to be country to shop here. They carry all sorts of styles.

Friendly service took care of our needs

Normally it takes me an hour or more to find the perfect pair of boots but I walked into the store the employee looked at the boots I had on and said I see you're a Justin man I said yes and that's what I wanted but in deer skin it took him less than a minute to walk to the Justin section and without hesitation grabbed the exact pair I have been looking for,, love love love this place

They really helped me pick out the right pair of boots for my son! They took the time to pick out a matching belt and shirt as well!

Ordered a straw hat online but that didn’t go well. So I took it back to the store and they were awesome. I found what I originally wanted & it fit great. The staff was great to work with. COVID is over, time to go back to service people that can help.
