I just left this location (6/21/21 @ 12:41pm) and I must say...I was thoroughly impressed by the way the two young ladies Imani & Shonda handled the check situation with the senior citizen! (lady with red sweater & glasses)
They obviously had not handled this type of transaction before BUT... they BOTH were patient & kind, did not rush the elderly customer, and did not become rude or frustrated. ( I was the next customer in line)
These ladies represented themselves & Family Dollar exceptionally!
Thank you again Shonda & Imani for your patience & professionalism!!!
