George was extremely professional as a manager, and he did an awesome job taking care of us. Dustin took his time with handling and loading our toolbox to ensure nothing got damaged. Overall very pleased with our experience!

A clean, bright store with plenty of employees who offered to help us. It's new to Simpsonville in what was once a grocery store, in the Big Lots strip mall. The walls are bright white, well lit, and the floors are spotlessly clean. They have every kind of tool, plus safes, heavy duty trailer carts, welding accessories, power tools, security items, and toolboxes in assorted colors. Even I get excited over the bright yellow toolboxes!

Love Harbor Freight. So Glad they open a store in Simpsonville, S.C. I can finally get the things I need to finish my Stereos. Besides taking along trip anywhere else.

Always love coming in to see what they have. Always something on sale. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Always helpful in here and they offer a large selection of tools. Some tools are a poor buy due to quality but many will serve the need.

Harbor Freight has come a long way since I started going there over a decade ago.They used to sell strictly Chinese junk but now they're a great competitor against the likes of Northern Tool and Home Depot.Great quality tools,great employees and clean,organized stores that most stores wish they had.

Their tools get better and better. The store is clean, neat and never overly crowded. The different grades of tool are a big improvement over the past quality. Signing up (and paying for) an Inside Track membership saves you money.

New store just opened in Simpsonville, SC. I love it!!!

There are 3 Harbor Freight stores in my area. I've used them all. I've never had a bad experience with Harbor Freight. Each store has had on hand the items I've gone to them for, which I identified as something I wanted after seeing it online at Harbor Freight's website. The staff members know exactly when things are located and they are polite. Harbor Freight's prices are the best. Most of it is made in China (all?), and despite the often incredibly low price, the quality of the numerous things I've bought appears to be very good.

I have been shopping with Harbor Freight from many many years I buy all my tools from Harbor Freight I don't have any problems the tools I buy from their store. They helped me get the job done and help me do my repairs at home as well. Great customer service at this store.
