They were very attentive and polite, better than other gas stations I’ve been too

The store is really big and has most of what you need from a convenience store. The woman behind the counter was pleasant and respectful to all my inquiries.

First of all, the 3-star rating only applies to the afternoon manager/shift lead who let me have my free food purchase.
Hotdogs: The hotdogs were set on a low setting, so I had to wait ten minutes for them to achieve the safe temperature of 140. Also, the hotdog 🌭 buns were as hard as bricks 🧱. Additional ones had to be quick defrosted in the microwave. Finally, after several employees asked each other, it was mutually agreed upon that none of the four hotdog 🌭 condiments had any serving spoons.
EBT/food stamps terminal:
The EBT terminal simply wouldn’t read my card number. One employee was quick to blame either my EBT card or me. Come to find out, it actually was their machine error.
Of other notice, two additional customers complained of their ice slushee machines being down. However, it’s great to know that they have 26 varieties of Reese’s Pieces. 🤔

I got a delivery through 7 now from them yesterday. They sent someone who doesn't speak English. I ordered 2 budlight 6 packs & 1 is missing. I keep calling them & no one is answering. I want my money back since they only delivered 1 & I paid for 2! The app is giving an error when trying to contact customer support. I will NEVER shop here again. I'm not gonna give up. I want my money. Its not fair that I didn't receive what I paid for. Someone need to contact me asap! I'm very disappointed.

Espresso machine down at 8.30am Monday Oc 16, 2023. Other than that the Store is Large, bright and clean except my very first time here while visiting from out of town the espresso machine is being cleaned at 8:30am in the morning. I asked Travis for some help and he was very polite, but said that the overnight team is new and in training and this is possibly why we do not have the espresso machine working for the cappuccino or espresso coffee this morning at this location.

Wish I could give this 0 stars...I just got a Big Gulp from there and the ice dispenser had mold on the outside of the plastic covering where the ice comes from (did not know this until I took a sip from the Dr pepper I got from there and went inside to get a different drink). It tasted horrible! You can taste the mildew from them not cleaning the soda dispenser. I almost threw up.

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE DONT NO STOP HERE. This is not at fault of the workers more at fault of the manager of this establishment. To my knowledge this wasn’t originally a 7-Eleven, but after 7-Eleven took over nothing is ever is stock. When I mean nothing I MEAN NOTHING AT ALL. If I need something I have to go six miles to another 7-11. Because those actually keep their supplies in stock. Whoever owns this gas station shame on you. You continue to make money, knowing that you don’t have your stock, yet you don’t use that money to fix the broken machines. Your establishment needs to be taken away from you. I feel bad for your workers have to indoor people being so furious because the owner has no decency to keep the machines. In conclusion do not stop at this location. Hope you find a better 7-Eleven.

No receipts whatsoever. No paper in the machines outside and the cashier refused to provide one.
I have to have receipts for gas reimbursements and they simply refuse to upkeep the location.
No one, I mean no one at this location cares for anything.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Eventhough the store is clean the attendant, was not helpful at all. I asked if he could assist with the Espresso machine, he informed me that there was no coffee, when I could clearly see see the coffee beans. When I went to thecounter and informed him that there is coffee, but the machine is requiring to be cleaned, he responded that he just works there,really?????
Very disappointed 😞

So they are not open 24 hours...when did this happen, visited at 1am and am still baffled isn't this your motto???

They got some burritos cold & not even turn on the little grill where they put it

Not 24 hours as advertised
