Lehr’s is by far one of my favorite things about Milford, OH. If you’ve ever shopped there, you know that it’s more than just a business. It’s a family. From the locally raised meat in the butcher shop to the enticing selection of beer at the 20-tap growler bar, Lehr’s is my one-stop shop for quality groceries and quality people. If you haven’t been, I’d highly recommend that you pop in and meet the employees (Riley, JT, and Josie – just to name a few) who make this place exceptional!

Great quality! ***Update*** We tried 3 HomanGrown sirloins yesterday. We prepared them as directed by Lehr's staff. They were the best steaks we have had at home - by far.

I’ve been shopping and “sipping” at this location for 3 years.
There’s a lot of inventory in this small mom and pop shop.
I wanted to break down the place so all newbies know how to navigate through the store.
Wine- No worries, Lehrs offers a big selection of inventory. Also- Steph is friendly and knowledgeable as a sommelier.
Beer- Riley’s your guy. I love talking and sipping beer with him.
Butcher- Folks, these guys know what’s up. I’ve had the courage to create some amazing dinner parties because of the collaboration I had with the staff. Props to Jake and crew for all the love over the years.
Deli- top notch for sandwiches and soups. The go to meals have been a life saver for busy week nights. Flavorful, fresh and good quality.
Frozen- Check out the freezer section for quality meal options. We have tried every sausage and soup they offer. Talk to the staff about what you’re looking for. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Pantry- Spice and sauce section for gourmet options. Dried pasta and canned tomatoes are always available.
I’ve had many successes skipping Kroger and shopping while sipping at Lehrs.

My husband and I very recently moved to Ohio and just found Lehr's Prime Market. I can't say enough about how we thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience. We had been spoiled at our old home by purchasing our meat at a meat processor so we got very fresh local meat. So we were thrilled to find a place that not only compared to our old butcher but actually exceeded it. The employees were very knowledgeable about the meat they sold, and the variety was superb. Add to that the deli section and other fresh foods and you have a very unique top rate store. We will definitely return.

I have never written a review for a business before, other than to single out an exceptional employee. However, I feel compelled to write this, based on the exceptional experiences I've had at Lehr's while visiting my son's family in Terrace Park. Over the past 6 months Ive been tasked many times to make runs to Lehr's for dinner supplies, etc. Funny how those 30 minute errands turned into 2 hour visits with the most welcoming staff and regular patrons that you'll ever find anywhere. I actually found myself making up reasons why I needed to make a Lehr's run, for any reason! The Prime Meat Shop and the Deli are phenomenal, and the bar area where patrons visit, joke, tell lies, and drink beer from the best, ever-changing selection anywhere in Cincy is the best place to unwind and enjoy camaraderie based on my experience. Riley, JT, and Josie share a rare gift that draws people from all around to their business.....as for me, can't wait to go visit those granddaughters in Terrace Park!!!

Incredible selection of cuts, wine, beer, spirits, and dessert goodies. Not many places in Cincy regularly carry high quality prime beef, let alone American, Aussie, and occasionally Japanese wagyu, and the prices are more than reasonable. The Lehr’s team is also very friendly, knowledgeable about their craft, and forward thinking with their offerings. Lehr’s is an east side Cincy staple that seems to get even better with age. Keep it up Lehr’s!

Such a gem in Milford! I just had maybe the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had in my life! And I've had some great sandwiches from other local German restaurants. That, on top of the great meat and deli counter along with the alcohol selection and in store bar and patio this is an asset to the community.

Lehr's Prime Market in Milford is an intimate journey into non-vegan lifestyle choices.

When you walk in the door you are greeted not just with an eye catching array of brats, steaks, chops, breasts, and grinds… but the staff is there for you as well.

The meat counter staff is friendly and knowledgeable with a passion for their craft and a fervent desire for your next meal to be amazing. At the deli counter they always have a plethora of fresh made salads and sides available to go with your carnivorous consumption choices. (The Bayless Beans are life changing)

Even though the meat and deli counter are the star players, the supporting roles of coolers of their unique ready made dinner options and farm fresh produce and the freezer section with frozen brats, soups, and cuts to take home, round out this culinary adventure.

The cherry on the top of this meat sundae is the vast selection of beer, wines, and spirits you can purchase as well. Their walk in beer cooler has many local and regional favorites, their full wine selection will not leave you wanting, and their bourbon selection is always changing (and often a great place to pick up a rare allocated bottle).

Our family meals originate from Lehr’s three or four times a month and each one is a choice we do not end up regretting. Next time you are in Milford, please think about supporting this great independent local small business. You will be glad you did!

This week’s shopping list included a handmade chicken pie and it was delicious! I’m looking forward to tasting tonight’s freshly prepared heat and eat dinner which is zucchini boats filled with saucy sausage and cheese. Lehr’s incredibly friendly employees and inviting atmosphere make for a delightful shopping experience.

Wonderful place. Great service all around. The scallops were amazing. My daughter had the grilled cheese and loved it. The taproom has a lot of great beer. Will come again. I felt like a name not a number there

I bought my first wagyu ribeye from Lehrs. I have read all the f5 or f4 50 percent korgu something. All I can say is it was really good. I mean that had to be one happy cow... Well ok up until I ate him. It was 84 bucks and when I say you should try one of these steaks at least once I mean it. We will stick with the prime. But give it a try, treat yourself. You wont regret it. And the prime ribeyes were great as well. Loved Lehrs since my dad took me there in the 80's I ask them about doordash and they gave me a fair answer. But since I had to drive alllll the way down there I should get a free wagyu steak🤔. See what I did there.

What started out a few years ago as a simple trip to a google searched local butcher has now turned into a home away from home. I know this review is overdue (sorry Allison!!) but Lehrs is a staple for all of your fine wine, liquor, beer, farm-to-fork, meat, local grocer and much much more needs. Let these things I listed be what guides you to the place where you instantly become a regular from the welcoming environment they provide. Also, for those that are very much interested in craft beer, make sure to drop in and ask for Riley. He is an absolute GENIUS when it comes to finding customers' wants in a great craft beer. Thank you all at Lehrs for what you have provided over the years and here's to many more years ahead!

We used Lehr's for catering this past weekend. It is the second time we used them. Both times they have knocked it out of the park. We got the Taco Bar and some fruit trays. The ingredients were very fresh and we received multiple compliments on the food. Thank you Lehr's for such a great experience and I'm looking forward to using you in the future.

The staff is amazing. Days before my wedding I was looking for a very specific bottle of Champagne and couldn't find it. I spoke with Rozelle and she told Stephanie of this search. It was picked up by the owner personally the morning of our wedding. Amazing!!!

We are originally from Cincinnati, Ohio! Don’t know how we missed this wonderful place! We looked up butcher shops that were still around & this one looked so good! We now live in Knoxville, Tn, where this kind of establishment is extremely rare! We could not have chosen a better place to buy some of the items that we can not get in TN! No one here, that we know of, knows what Goetta or Cottage Hams are!! So since finding this fantastic market we drive 6 hours , , one way, to shop there, plus spend the night near by! The selections are great! The employees are wonderful, very knowledgeable , very helpful & so nice! They have a nice variety of wines too! The store is neat & clean. They even were nice enough to cut our Cottage hams into slices & wrap the goetta slices separately! We bought a brand new freezer just to stock up on these great foods! Reminds us of our old home & our good friends & our favorite foods!
