Always busy. Fair quality food. As everything is nowadays, there are deals to be had. As the store is smaller than most grocery stores, it's possible to get in and out quickly if you know what you want. Convenient . Efficient.

I have been going here for almost 7 years. Never had any issues with employees, and the products are usually amazing.

Of course with any store sometimes produce can go bad and you have to tell them, or someone messed with something, and you're like "huh, why is this here?"

Otherwise the employees are super helpful and polite, you can find quality items (usually) for much lower prices than other stores or online. The seasonal and limited time food and produce is phenomenal.

Also generally the people who come here are very friendly and positive.

I recommend this Aldi.

Easy in and out. I always love Aldi. Perfect products and produce. Helpful staff non judgmental. Ebt excepted. Ahimsa tuna is delicious. Great offers for all your favorite foods.

Great deals always a surprise there go in after 3 items come out with 20 love it and bargain prices.

Slightly less stocked than other aldis'.
It was very clean and enough check out lanes to accommodate everyone. No lines.

The pick up experience with Aldi is top notch.

Great prices. Good products. Healthy choices available. Now with self-checkout it's even faster to get in and out. All or most of what you need. Plus lots of interesting goodies and treats. Good produce and best prices. They even have eggs from pasture-raised chickens

The nicest staff on Westerville Road. I usually do Instacart and Joy usually brings my bags out. She is so personable and kind. As well as the other staff. Thanks ALDI for the wonderful service!

Some things hit or miss but very good prices

Aldi in Westerville is an awesome store. The staff are really friendly and kind, as well as efficient. The selection is great. The seasonal stuff is amazing. The Winternacht line of treats rocks my world every year, especially the gingerbread hearts with apricot centers dipped in chocolate! They are the best treats ever!

Always a great shopping experience, both in person and with pickup. They've got a great staff, kudos to the hiring manager there. A special shout out to Emily: she's done my pickup orders multiple times, taken time to help me with app pickup issues, always does a great job with produce choices, and goes the extra mile. I truly appreciate her work ethic!

This is probably the nicest Aldi I've ever shopped. It's well-lit well-organized and with a good variety of products at great prices. I love all Aldi but this is the best

This Aldi in westerville is one of my fav! You can always get in and get put. The clerks here do it all...theybare continuously stocking and stopping to open a line to get the crowd moving. Always clean and orderly. They hire people and I see more people here than other stores....please keep this crew together.

Produce is fresh & prices are fair. I'll be shopping there again. Got no photos to share tho.

I like Aldi for good prices and all the essentials. Low maintenance and quicker than going to a huge supermarket. Have a quarter on hand for a buggy (you get it back) and you can bring your own bags or they sell them for a few cents each.

The things they have are amazing but as a person with a sweet tooth I need a chocolate aisle not just thrown in but the store and workers are amazing five stars because the chocolate part is really just an unnecessary opinion.

Always good experience for our family when we go. Only thing I personally can not stand is the self checkout lanes but been dealing with it.

I have never seen checkers at any store work as fast as they do!
I do NOT recommend the company that delivers for them though. I was overcharged by approx $25 and had great difficulty dealing with the delivery companies customer service department. I am looking forward to the return of that $ to my checking account. Also, some of the food delivered was not the quality I requested, this was because the "shopper" must not have paid attention to the "instructions" that were submitted with my order.
I recommend the store but not the delivery company! That's a shame because I am disabled and shopping is difficult for me
