Sorry this is so late. While traveling out west on vacation I had trouble with my tow vehicle. I pulled in unannounced and was there for about two and half hours when they came to me with the price and time when I told them that was fine. Shortly later I was contacted and my vehicle was ready. They told me to drive it down the road and tell the the results. AMAZING!! Problem solved and price was awesome. I bought them lunch from next door and was very thankful for their help

I bought new tires and they were very quick to complete the job. They told me 2 hours and they called in less than 2 hours to say my car was ready.

I had a new set of tires put on my car. The whole experience was a pleasant one. Great people and service on my car.

My car rolled as smooth as a new car with the new tires and 4 wheel alignment.

Had a lot of work done to an older Jeep. They took great care of me, guided me through the work needed with a collaborative attitude to make sure the job was done the way I wanted, and kept me informed at every step. The final product came out great, and my Jeep is driving the best it has been in over a decade.

Been going here for years, but I’ve had a lot of work done in the last couple weeks especially. Eric has been very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, and his prices have been comparable/better than other quotes I’ve received. He even gave me a $50 coupon off my rear brakes without prompting.

Eric and Bruce are amazing. They're so professional and spot on when it comes to diagnosing your vehicle. Nine times out of ten, they'll take your vehicle the same or next day and have it ready for you in a timely matter. I've recommended all of my friends and family. I don't trust anyone with my vehicle but them.

I took my mother in laws car to the Dobbs tire and auto in Cahokia because she desperately needed tires. I was helped by Eric. He was excellent. He listened well, did what I asked and made appropriate and honest suggestions. I did not feel in the least like he tried to upsell me and I felt like he treated me fairly and honestly. The folks here went above and beyond for me. Blewout a tire on my travel trailer late on Friday night. Got me in at 7AM on Saturday morning. 4 new tires one hour and fifteen minutes later me and my very happy grandson were on our way!

When I tell you they’re the Best believe me!!!!! So I brought my Mercedes in for a tune up, they gave me a firm price of $585 which was a steal I left Benzino in the hands of these guys who thoroughly looked over after putting it on a diagnostic insured me that I didn’t need a tuneup after all 🙌🏽 They topped off all my fluids even had my check engine light off let’s just say I was able to get back on the rode and me and my children are safe and sound Cahokia Dobbs you guys Rock !!!!!! Ps. I only ended up paying $137 Won’t He do it 🙌🏽 Big shout out to Bruce,Eric and David for outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work 🥳

Eric is the person I dealt with this visit. He was very helpful and professional and went the extra mile. I have been going to the Dobbs in Cahokia for many years. I have always felt the people at this Dobbs have been honest, treated me fairly, and often gone the extra mile for me. That is especially important as a female, I think.

The other day, I had a frightening experience with my tires and they were able to repair them without a huge “price tag” and within a timely manner. My tire came apart going to take a friend who is in a wheelchair to the doctor. Pulled in and Eric was wonderful, he found a used tire to get me on the road and did it at the car so I didn't have to get her out. Highly recommend them.
