I always buy my hair color here!! great staff that are very imformative and helpful!! my last trip to Sally a girl names Jenny was so helpful with picking out a better bleach for my hair. always looking forward to a stop here

The sales associate that helped us was knowledgable and friendly. She took time to explain our different options for hair color and seemed happy to assist. I will definitely return to this Sally Beauty.

I have always had good experiences with this Sally's. Always helpful and friendly staff present! Sometimes the products I want aren't in stock, but the staff always tries to provide me with an alternative if need be!

This store is the BEST!! Sonnie is honestly the best beauty and hair associate that I have ever had. My hair has never been healthier or more beautiful!! 10/10 would reccomend

When I have been there, someone has always helped me.
The staff is always smiling and friendly. I love that they help you.
That is not found many places today.

Always happy with Sally Beauty and the products they sell. The service is always friendly and helpful.

Store is decent however the cashier was super rude, a know-it-all that could use some tact. It was awkward for everyone in line as she was telling people how they don't know what they are doing and how they are doing it wrong. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I placed an order online to be picked up in-store at this location. I received and email saying that they cancelled my order due to insufficient stock of products. 10 minutes later I walked into the same store to try and find a different product to supplement what had been cancelled and found that they had every item from my order in stock. I was able to purchase all of the items from my cancelled order in the store for DOUBLE what my online order cost me. I’m not usually one to complain or even share a review, but this situation was frustrating having to spend $100+ for what I was supposed to be $50. I spoke with customer service and the employee at the store and neither could give me an answer as to why my order was not able to be fulfilled, nor would they do anything about the difference in price.

If you would like to experience how it feels to be a caged circus animal, shop here. Delaware, OH location. If you don’t have a mask on, they ask you to put one on. Upon putting it on, they will follow you around and make sure it is above your nose and in the proper place. If they don’t like how your mask is on, (even though it’s on your face and the straps are behind your ears) they will follow you around and ask you to adjust your face covering to their liking. When this happens, you throw down any items you intended to buy an exit the building. Never to come back. I forgot that instead of all of us being human beings, we are caged circus animals. I was the only customer in the store and felt like I was being monitored by the mask police. So I proceeded to a store where I wouldn’t be followed around and treated horrible and bought the products I needed.

Walked in and greeted, but when asked if I was looking for anything, I had asked for recommendations for growing nails. I was looked at like I was stupid and walked away. Looked for myself and didn’t find anything. Store is a bit chaotic, seems like it’s going out of business?

First time here. Spent a long time in hair color aisle with no offer of help from staff. Bought hair color, but it needed a developer which the staff did not mention, and I did not know. I will not be going back, very disappointed.
