I was coming to have a passport photo, but I found the background is too dark. When I returned to Walgreens, their staff, his name Gui, went through my file, adjusted the photo quality for me, and replaced the photos without extra cost. I appreciated.

The five stars is for the Asian-American pharmacist at the register, the hardest working pharmacist in the world. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but if you’ve been there you know who I am talking about. She is constantly dealing with language barriers mixed with confusion about insurance and she nails it every single time. She clearly really cares about keeping the line moving, which can be a challenge with all of the complicated situations she (and the others working there) have to deal with. Everybody who works there is great, but she goes above and beyond in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. She deserves a raise.

Always have a great experience when visiting (at least three times a week). There's a pharmacist that works overnight, Beverly i think, extremely prfessional, organized and sweet lady who helped me SO much refilling some hair loss medication.

People at the register are always polite as well, and a kudos for Amy, too. Really gentle bilingual girl who'll gladly help the customers in both english and portuguese. Awesome CS!

Absolutely only good things to mention about this Walgreens branch.

I live not so close to it, but as well as the Stop and Shop right next to it, it is always worth the drive over in order to be well served by them.

Will definitely continue to be a regular customer!

I can see why this pharmacy has such a low score. I just got off the phone w/ a pharmacist here and she was absolutely the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever dealt with in my life. Walgreens in Massachusetts apparently don't have a good screening policy for their hires.

Beverly is a great pharmacist working night shift at the 24 hour Walgreens Pharmacy in Malden. It’s wonderful to meet someone so dedicated and knowledgeable in the late night and early morning hours. Thank you Beverly!

Being going here for well over 20+ yrs now. Great location, prices are reasonable (when NOT inflated due to the current economy), always helpful & respectful staff too.

Ask for Wendy and get results. She is the go to person there who goes above and beyond.

Great pharmacy, don’t believe the NPC’s and the negative reviews.

I find this store to be one of the best Walgreens around. I am there unfortunately for prescriptions way too much, but the pharmacists are always willing to talk and make recommendations and some of the pharmacy techs know me on a first name basis. I love this store mostly and only wish they kept a few more items in stock, hence the 4 out of 5 star rating.

Always understaffed. Don’t try to call in they’ll answer and hang up.

Went in for a vaccine. Confusing signage, one doesn't know where to line up to check-in. Everyone at the pharmacy seems to be working hard, but at the same time it seems there's always several people waiting around due to some issue. There's something off somewhere, and it is not the front line workers at the pharmacy.
The lady who delivered the vaccine has absolutely no people skills.
