The UPS Store

This is first time I went to this UPS location on Everett mall way. I had to do some documents notorized and same time I had Amazon return. Also I was in a rush but both things was done really fast by the store employee name Kayden. They were busy but were handling all the things professionally. I m looking forward to go there again no doubt. Excellent customer service!

I had a great experience at the UPS Store during my I-9 reverification, thanks to the store manager, Gill. Gill was very kind and patient, providing helpful assistance throughout the appointment. The process was smooth, and the staff was accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

Good customer service. Cost of shipping too high. I shipped all my stuff with UPS in Kapaa, HI when moving to Washington 3 years ago and the prices were reasonable. I shipped a Christmas package not that large and it cost me $118.

I dont know the young man's name , he deserves a clondick bar . I have occasion to go in periodically. I've never had a bad experiance ,he is courteous and quick! He keeps his cool even under the most stressful of times.

I do alot of business with this ups store,and an employee named Kayden is so awesome!
Kayden totally knows his stuff n for a young guy totally has it together.

Amazing staff. Gubir Gill was friendly and very helpful with my notary and passport photographs process. Definitely my go to ups store!

Amazing Customer Service!!! I rushed to the store with a shopping bag that needed to be packed/sent and with an item that also needed to be sent as well as heavily taped. This very young man said he would take care of it. I was hesitant. So I paid and left. My packages arrived at their destination exactly how he said. Wonderful costumer service. And the place was packed and he was calm. Excellent service!!'

Wil was amazing in helping. Saw an old couple, behaving so rough in the store, but the staff was super patient and kept calm to handle the misdemeanor. Going to make this location my permanent ups store. Thank you for handling my packages so well and the rude customers. :)

Had some problems with an oversea shipment. Owner Jill and Manager Will did their best to help, even though it wasn't their fault. It took them hours to communicate with UPS customer service through phone calls and emails, and the problem was eventually solved because of them. I really appreciate their help, if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have been able to get my packages back.

Every time I've ever gone there the wait was minimal and the people were great !!

I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Will. He was very professional and polite. We had big boxes to mail and he helped getting the boxes together for us and explaining our options. What he didn't know is that that my brother had just passed away and we were going through a difficult time, his kindness made all the difference. Thank you!!!

Ian is the name of the gentleman that helped me this morning. Absolutely fabulous customer service bar none! the best experience I've ever had! Hands down I never figure out the shipping stuff by myself and Ian was present vigilant careful and kind. This man is a saint and this business is thriving because of him.

Update: Changing back to 5 stars. It seems this location hired several new employees who take pride in their work. I really appreciate the new and positive/friendly environment that is quick to assist customers. Thank you for considering my original review and fixing the staff shortage! I am happy to return on a more regular basis 🤗

Original: They are so understaffed. Every time i'd come in here, the employees appeared as if they were drowning in work. Seems like a high turn-over rate too since there weren't familiar faces often. The last straw was when I came in to open a mailbox. The associate made me wait (even though it was my turn to be helped), while he helped others behind me and ignored me. I left and opened a mailbox elsewhere which the employee customer ratio was 5:2. It's a blessing in disguise. This Everett location gives me terrible anxiety.

Quick notary with no appointment needed like other locations and great customer service. I had a fussy two year old with me and the guy helping us cut a little bubble wrap to keep her happy. It’s the little things like that that make everything so much easier for everyone!

So I popped in close to closing a little stressed out about the time frame and had multiple packages to ship! I had to email the labels and get them printed and still attach them to the packages. The line was backing up and I was obviously starting to panic. Johnathan and Rhian jumped in and got straight to work helping me. Not only did this put my mind at ease but as it turned out, it helped the other customers because it sped up the process. Thanks again Rhian and Johnathan - I will be using this UPS site for all my packing and shipping needs going forward!

The staff were so nice! Jermaine helped me find the best balance of price and speed to send my plant starts on their way. I was exhausted and confused, and he was totally patient, warm & friendly and got everything sorted out for me. Thank you Jermaine!

Everyone working there had such a positive, happy attitude, toward each other as well as the other customers. If I needed a job, I'd want to work there. :-) and I'll certainly bring my mailing needs there again.

Been dropping off/shipping out packages at the Everett mall way UPS Store and they have been very kind and helpful every time I’ve been in their store AND on the phone as well. Had a buyer text me asking for tracking # and wasn’t able to pull it up so I called and spoke to a lady I believe the store manager Doris and she was very kind and more than helpful. She tracked down my package and paid for postage and sent it out that day. Was very happy with results. All of the employees & Evt Mall Way UPS Store are always very kind to me and very helpful. I’d say they always go above and beyond at least with my experiences. Great customer service!! Last week I realized I accidentally chose FED EX as my shipping carrier and tried to switch it back to UPS especially because of the horrible customer service the Evt Mall Way FED EX Store (directly across the street) showed me. The FED EX Store manager kept eyeballing me watching my every move making me feel very uncomfortable and feel like I had done something wrong. At about 8:20pm-8:30pm The FED EX Lady also kept asking me if I was almost done (she sounded as if she wanted to go home) considering they closed at 9pm and I answered her saying I’m just about finished. She proceeded to ask me another 2-3 times after I had answered her the same answer each time she asked which was a period of I’d say 15 minutes. They don’t even close until 9pm which was over a half hour til closing. She then walked over to me and asked if I was done and ready to ship my package and I then told her that I didn’t want to be rushed and that I’d come back the following morning to ship. I then proceeded to the register and bought 3 items, payed for then and left. I showed up the following evening to ship out my package and return what I had purchased the night before. I payed with cash for those items and had the receipts but for some reason she kept telling me that I don’t pay with cash and that I payed with my debit card which I did not. But she insisted so she then refunded one item back to my debit card. Then the next item she says well this one says you payed with cash so she refunded me with cash. The following day I went on my phone to look at my online bank account and it showed me that the FED EX Store charged my account $10 not sure why and then showed that it was refunded back to my card. I don’t understand why their was even a charge in the first place?! Just a horrible experience with FED EX Store in Evt Mall Way.. id prefer UPS any day!!!
