This place is awesome! Great spot to shop local if you are in the market for a new wallet or looking for a nice gift. I purchased myself one of their wallets about a week ago and I absolutely love it. Very well made, looks great and super slim in the pocket. The owner of the store was very friendly and showed me all of the options he had to offer. The shop is located in a really nice old building on Gay Street downtown, it is very tidy and has a great leathery aroma. I will definitely be back to purchase some more of these wallets for Christmas gifts this year.

Love the team here. You can't go wrong with a zerOz wallet. I've had mine for multiple years. Stopped in yesterday to replace the band and I am happy to be using the wallet again. I had taken a break. And I now remember how happy I felt when I made the switch from a traditional bulky wallet in the first place. Take a chance, try something new, treat yourself.

I wish I could rate six stars! The moment I walked in I was greeted by Paul, the owner of the shop. Paul showed me every option of size and material they had and explained all the benefits of each wallet, and was eager to answer all of the questions that I had. They can show you ANYTHING you’re curious about, from the different leathers they have, to how they wear over several years, to how their custom leather stamps work, they will show you everything. These guys are experts and know everything there is to know about their products. They didn’t have the exact size with the leather and pattern that I wanted on the shelves, so they made it custom for me for no extra price and had it done in less than a day! You can see the tools they use to make the wallets behind the front desk, it’s a cool operation and it’s great to see that they’re made by hand in a local shop with a small, dedicated team. If you are looking for a wallet or are just curious, definitely stop in!

I have had my zeroz wallet for years! I bought it when they were selling them from their garage. Best wallet I have ever had. We have been through the wars together.

This is exactly what I have been looking for in a wallet. The tab to quickly access the most used card is a great idea.

Along with the great product, I really enjoyed talking with the owner or manager, I'm sorry I forgot his name. He has a genuine love and passion about his product, and is enjoyable to talk with. We returned the next day and got another one for my wife!

zerOz wallets are such high quality - I love the simplicity and high craftsmanship. I spent 30 minutes today in the store with Paul; his passion and love for his work were awesome. Overall, I couldn’t recommend a better wallet - especially something local and handmade in Columbus

I have carried a zerOz wallet now for over 2 years and it has held up fantastically! The rubber band is still fully elastic and has no signs of ripping—still expect a couple more years from it. The plastic pullout card holder (very convenient to use) is the only component that has shown some evidence of wear. The top of it had started to fold from years of daily use. I recently switched it out with one from a small pack that the company conveniently sells seperately in case such an issue arises.

Overall, this is a wallet that I highly recommend. I went to their store to buy it and was met with very friendly employees who visibly believed in their product. Over two years later, I can attest to the quality of that product.

I love my Zeroz wallet! Actually, wallets. I just bought my 2nd one after having my first one for years. The first still worked great, but I just wanted something different after all this time. They are all hand made in the their little downtown Columbus shop, and the owner and the rest of the staff are great to talk too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The owner and creator(Paul I believe) runs a business the way a business should be ran. He is very interactive and people-centric. His staff demonstrates that same culture and always appear like they love helping their customers shop. Not a store I need to go often but very consistent over the last several years. I've purchased many for myself and also as gifts.

Great wallet. Had mine for over a year now and it still looks great. Holds all my cards perfectly and never had an issue with any falling out. No complaints whatsoever, look forward to getting another wallet from there someday as a backup.

Love my zer0z wallets! Every time I'm in Columbus I have to stop in to see what they have and I always seem to need something new, even though their wallets never wear out! So many fun designs and such a great overall experience with these friendly people.

Wallet is holding up well after several years!

I was lucky enough to walk past the shop a year ago while visiting Columbus for work. I met the inventor/owner (very nice guy), bought the small wallet - love it so much I am buying a larger one. Great gift idea.

I never got the chance to buy a wallet from ZerOz while I lived in Columbus. Now in St Petersburg, FL, I still wanted one. In person, the little shop in downtown Columbus is perfect for them, and they're very friendly people. Over e-mail (no phone calls, as they refuse to be interrupted by phones while they cater to their customers, which is actually great for them), they are just as friendly and helpful. I requested a customized wallet, and in like 3 days, it was in my mailbox. These guys are fast, and their work is superb. If I do need another wallet, trust me, I'll be getting it from these guys. I'm a big supporter of Columbus local businesses, and so should you. Lighten up! Get a ZerOz Wallet :)

Excellent functionality and design. These wallets are like little works of art. I'll never go back to a traditional wallet. In addition, customer service couldn't be better. Paul is a delight.

I just bought my first and already plan on going back for a second. I have a medium which holds about 10 cards and plan to go back for a smaller size and will alternate between the two. I have always used wallets and never really cared for money clips but Zeroz kind of has the best of both. Several people in my office have them and I would definitely recommend them.

Great concept and great service. No gimmicks. A super, convenient and well-designed wallet. I can't tell you how many times I've thought I lost my wallet because I have it in my front pocket now and don't have a bulky wallet in my back pocket.

I was introduced to Zeroz by a coworker who is a bit of a zealot on the product. I had a minimalist wallet from a project I backed on Kickstarter and my coworker was incensed that I had something other than Zeroz.

I went down to the shop and met Paul. It was a trip...he showed me Zeroz and walked my through everything about it. I gave him my other wallet and walked out with a brand new Zeroz. I love it, much better feel and materials. I'm a convert.

Paul is a customer service rockstar! zerOz are so compact, functional and, most of all, cool! They make great gifts. I have two, a medium for everyday and an extra small for going out with friends. Once you go to a zerOz, you won't look back!
