The UPS Store

Amongst the most professionally run UPS Stores located across the western states. I’ve been most fortunate to receive nothing but courteous, prompt and outstanding customer service from each associate I have come in contact with. Always willing to lend a hand, especially with use of hand truck and packages in car, time permitting of course, I don’t mind waiting. I appreciate being provided shipping information and fees for the many services used, prior to my making a decision on which suits my needs best. In closing, I also appreciate the well stocked items available for purchase and the cleanliness of the store.

A while ago, I was doing a lot of Amazon shopping and had a bunch of returns for clothing sizes. The staff here was always busy but also always polite and helpful. I have also mailed things to relatives here and used the notary service. Wonderful staff.

Professional and always get my packages delivered on time! Be a longtime customer and very pleased with the services they provide for my small business.

Had been to this store to get some fax done and some prints. Met Alicia after talking over the phone to confirm their fax services. She is very kind and helpful and was making customers at ease. I saw her same kind behavior with other customers at the store as well. Quick to provide service and to the point, doesn't waste time.

Always have been very helpful. Even helped carry some larger packages to the car. We ended up getting a box as well and go to the store almost everyday. Been greeted warming and always been helpful.

Since the new management has taken over things are MUCH better at this store!! No more “lost” packages! Thank you to the new team for picking up the mess!

I needed several real estate closing documents signed by a seller who lives in Chandler AZ. I emailed them to this store they printed the docs out, UPS had a notary in house who notrized the documents,the sellers signed them...UPS emailed them back to me right away. Then overnited the original documents to the attorney for the next day. Couldn't have asked for better service. These guys are great! Will always use them over Fed EX who cannot print anything out for anyone, nor do they have a notary. Service is Top Shelf!

We have a business PO box here. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I go in almost everyday, sometimes I forget my key and they are always happy to help.
