Love this store! I can always find what I need! It's a clean store too

I've been coming here for many, many years and there is one specific person I ALWAYS run into and makes me feel like family. Her name is Tara. She knows me by name, we do share a name but that's not why she makes my shopping trips memorable. She asks about my husband, children, nieces, sister, mother and Grandma by name. She knows our kids ages, and the last story I told her about them. She knows the grades they're in and reminds me of how small they were when she first met them (infant stage). She is so quick to offer me or anyone for that matter assistance and will go out of her way to help us load up in the car if we have an abundance of bags. People like Tara make places outside of home have a good family vibe. We appreciate her and love seeing her!

Thank you to the Bakery manager for her great customer service! I needed a loaf of challah and she stopped everything she was doing, with a smile she said "Hold on I'll be right back." She had to go into the freezer (no fun!)and brought me back a beautiful loaf of challah. Awesome experience!

Been shopping here for about a year, have never had any issues. Friendly and helpful staff. I always use self checkout, it's a very speedy transaction. They are also great at honoring pricing errors without making you feel like a problem.

It was so AWESOME. I had so many Choices. Couldn't believe how big the place was and when I ask for a basket They got me one right right away. Thats Gonna be the New Hangout!! I will have to get My Boyfriend to hold my hand and make leave.💒

This review is a little late. I love my local Krogers and the people in it. I get what I need in a hurry and that helps me to meet some household needs. The Krogers team members are as helpful as they can be. The team is also full of kind and caring people that I have gotten to know over time. Today, just as I walked through the sliding door, Kwese (I'm sorry I know I butchered the spelling of your name) greeted me with a hug. I gave him a much needed side hug. Not only is he huge in getting me organized at check out (stuff paper bagged awesomely), he also has an amazing litmus test for what a customer needs that day, even if its just a side hug.

Kroger has great sales, a large variety of nearly anything you want, and their prices are competitive. You can always find an employee when you're looking for something and they always have a smile on their face. It's refreshing to see a good store that cares about their customers first! I also love that there is someone there to help you out with your groceries, should you need help. A great store, always clean, friendly employees, and their priority is on the customer, just as they all used to be.

I came late to the floral dept to get flowers for my wife and her mom who was in town...the floral team already left for the day...I needed 2 sets of flowers wrapped.... nobody was there to wrap them...the store manager stepped in and wrapped them himself...the best set of wrapped flowers I have seen in a while....they went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience....I will never forget that... came home and the women in the house loved the flowers....Amazing!!!!... Thanks Kroger's!!!!

A cashier named Litavia was super sweet, went to the extra mile to help me understand my savings for my groceries. Excellent service. Thank you.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues and they go above and beyond to help a customer. I have seen the manager jump on the registers when they get busy and to me that says a lot, most managers think they are above helping out. I love to see that!

Always a good experience throughout the store....the deli is always efficient....Stephen in Customer Service is on point...Pharmacy Mgr. Robert was extremely helpful in coordinating a recent prescription at a surprisingly low price (about 60% below Walmart)...in fact even their generics are among the best prices around....check 'em out...yep, moved over to Kroger from Walmart...hats off to Store Mgr. Tarek & staff for a well organized & merchandised operation!....oh yes, their ads stand out & almost always have all advertised goods in stock.

This is my locate Kroger and the customer service is Amazing. I have tried other locate Kroger and this is the best. They make you feel important every time you come to shop. This Kroger has a I Care feel about It! The take the time to remember name of customer that come in regularly. They even remembered my Teenage daughter by name and the High School she attends. This is a Great place to Shop! I want to give all of them a Hug!

My first visit here. Average pricing, clean, lots of isle signs makes it easy to quickly find items, self checkout. A+ in my book, would definitely do more shopping here.

Love the cashiers and clerks. So helpful and very nice. Thank God they help me put my groceries in the car. Helps a lot when I have a few physical challenges from injuries.
