Publix Super Market at Miami Lakes

I’ve been coming to this location for years. One of my favorites. The overall presentation for each respective season is always well organized. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. A reliable place to shop and pleased to have in the neighborhood. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great neighborhood Publix. Nicely situated in the heart of Miami Lakes. Staff is very helpful and courteous. The store is very well stocked, clean and organized. They have a great selection of fresh seafood and meats as well as a nicely displayed produce area. A huge wine and champagne selection is available. The Publix pharmacy is well managed and professionally staffed by a bilingual staff. Most prescriptions are stocked and ready in a couple of hours and the hard to get meds are usually available in 24 hours.
They offer a variety of gift cards with every major retail store and restaurant. A convenient ATM is safely placed next to the main entrance. They feature 3 parking spots for Insta-Cart pickups, even though inconsiderate customers will park in them occasionally to go in and shop. The parking lot is ample , well designed and very safe. It’s obvious that this store is well managed.

The pharmacy staff was very helpful and understanding. They had said that a dropped off prescription was going to be ready at 5:30PM, I arrived around 5:00PM because I needed to do more errands, and when I asked for my prescription, they said it was not ready but if I could wait 5 minutes, they would prepare it.

The hotel was totally awesome the restaurant that was there incredible service totally awesome recommend if every in boston minutes away from the airport.

This Publix is well organized and well kept. Great selection of prepped food and salads. The only issue I could note was the disorganized line around the subs and hit food stations. Other than that all good!

The team at the subs is all very friendly and durnming lunch that station is slammed, but they always manage to be friendly and fast even though the store needs to get the people working their so much more help!!

I've been coming to this publix for years. The associates are friendly and helpful. Love their BOGO and their APP.

Great staff, always has what I need. I love Publix. Definitely pricier than it's competitors but you know... Publix, where shopping is a pleasure.

I have been going to this location for about 11 years and last year I changed jobs. I did not come to the store as frequent anymore, but occasionally I would stop by and only do my cake orders at this location. I want to do a special shout out to KIMO from bakery, she always interact with us customers. (Even my colleagues speak highly of her) Her realization of not seeing me as often made me feel special and I appreciate her kindness. She has been working there for many years and she is one of the best. Not ever one day of seeing her, there wasn't a smile on her face. Keep up the amazing work Kimo :)
