Me and my Sister have the time of our lives here! The staff make us feel so welcome. They are so friendly and nice! Our favorite store🥰

This store is so much better than it used to be. The managers are all kind and helpful in their own way. Katie is always kind and respectful to the customers and her crew. Chris The dude with the ponytail is awesome and very helpful. Kelly is an interesting person and becomes more and more helpful with time. Justice is very kind and works hard to keep things going right in the evenings. Norma always takes the time to say hello when she sees me, always kind and helpful, she helps everyoneshe can with a smile on her face. Jane is such a nice woman she always takes the time to acknowledge people and makes everyone feel welcome, Jane is always working so hard to keep the place clean and organized and always says hello, always stocking, always picking stuff up, truly an important piece to this store. . I am always greeted when I walk in, nice that they are kind when you walk in. I deleted my 5 year old review to put this one, and it is a way better review. KEEP IT UP! PEACE

I always find great, and new things at this location. The staff is always very helpful and kind, I have never had an issue with items priced in two different places they always honor the lower price, it happened with a backpack it had a tag price on the outside and inside it had another price, but no big deal they took care of it.
Another time I had so much stuff one of the young man helped me to my car.
This is my favorite store.

Most Amazing Value World, wish I would have found it earlier. Cleanest store. All the clothes look like new. Great pricing and amazing helpful employees! Highly recommend this location of value world !

I've loved Value World for decades, having snagged awesome deals again and again (like all my favorite boots and leather jackets, for instance). They've recently upgraded so they are both cleaner and more modern.

Their people are always friendly and their clothes are always clean and reasonably well organized but now they also have Square at the registers in sleek touchscreen instead of the antiquated registers and old card readers that looked like old pagers in disguise.

Huge improvement there for the feel of the place and although it's still the same dated space it does feel cleaner and more comfortable. Love it there!

WOW!! What have you done? Absolutely BEAUTIFUL and clean, well stocked store!! I was so disappointed months ago and vowed never to come back because how disorganized, and dirty the store was. It looks like someone did some magic...and WOW!!!!!!!!!! So happy to shop here today and will be back! KUDOS to the new managers.....keep up the good work!!!

Love this store. My momma and I find clothing, makeup, shoes, accessories, plus much much MUCH more.

Always find deals at Value world. My co workers might think my husband is the richest husband in the world because I always dress up chic. I missed the Ann arbor one in the beginning of it's closure, but I found out I could always count on Value world to find even a last minute schedule.....I love it.

They have a half off coupon, but it excludes shoes. And to get the senior citizens discount, you have to be 60 years old. This is ridiculous!! Also if anything is marked down it's also excluded from the half off coupon. Rude, dirty. No fitting rooms. Will shop at Salvation army or Goodwill from now on. It's a shame , because it's supposed to help our veterans.

I love this value world. Good buys on some nice items. You have to go through some stuff to find some hidden gems, but I enjoy it. Everyone is always friendly when I go in. I don't mind the mess for the great prices.

Found some great items when I was here a few weeks ago. I don't have a ton of experience with thrift stores, so I don't know how it compares, but I was able to find what I was looking for (several high-quality, great condition sweaters, tops, and skirts) for great prices.

A huge selection and very friendly staff. You do have to do some digging, but I always find some treasures for great prices! Thanks guys keep up the good work!

Treasure trove for clothing and costumes. I've found beautiful full length leather trench coats for $10 and authentic Indian silks for less. Check more than one section. It's a big store.

This is my absolutely favorite 2nd hand store ever! They have Amazing 👌 products! I'm a think woman and the clothes are perfect for my shape 😉

They have a nice book selection. Friendly cashier. Value world is the way to go, a unique shopping experience that is fun.
