Dollar General

This particular Dollar General I feel is the best 1 that I have been to . All the shelves from laundry detergent to clothes are full, freezers, Coolers, they are all full and stocked. Everything is so organized it's easy to find anything. This store isn't missing anything in it. I wish they all could be ran like this particular One.

I am pleased at the appearance of this store. Comparing to other area stores this one by far is more appealing to the eye. The staff is helpful and pleasant. I will continue to frequent this store as does my family.

Ypsilanti is practically a grocery dessert and I am very appreciative for its reasonable prices. I can get 2 pounds of pasta for 2 bucks a can of tomatoes for 1.75 and then get cheese, salt, oil, spices, or a drink with the other 5 depending on what I need that day, and have a full family filling meal for under 10 dollars. The customer service is fine most of the negative reviews are from people angry the employees wouldn't let themselves get scammed.

The manager that works at this store is awesome this is best the store has Avery been in the last two years everything is in place the store is so clean and customer service the people that work there is really polite including the manager she's always there she's always helping people and she always keeps a smile on face I have reached out to management she need to be promoted she is very valuable to your company

I just want to say thank you Dollar General for finally getting a manager in there. She does a wonderful job her and her team the store is so clean everything is in its place. It is been steady like this for a year. I don’t know where you found this young lady at but she is a super wonderful manager. She is nice polite and always has a smile you need to make her a district manager so that she can go around and make sure all of your stores are up-to-date because this store on Ecorse is the most cleanest store. I have seen that it over 30 years. This is a wonderful young manager and I just want to say thank you for listening to my other complaints to three years ago but finally you got someone in there that’s doing their job her and her team. Thank you again Dollar General the public sure appreciate it .

This store is very clean and organized. I will definitely be back to shop at this location. I was very impressed how organized it was while shopping. The employees we were very friendly. Management was very friendly as well. Great job!

If you are looking for a clean and friendly DG, go to the one on Ecorse Road. I must say I really prefer this location now. This store did a complete 180. Everything is organized and the customer service is outstanding. Even though its not the closest location I will continue to come here :).

But my previous stop.... Hmm...Store cluttered with stock on carts and loud music was playing. Cashier was not welcoming. He was very disconnected.

hey Dollar general thank you for your service and this time of crisis of the cover 19 we appreciate you being open and being available for the things that we do need on a daily basis sometimes you don't have the things that we need because people are buying them up and not being stopped from buying so many that the store runs out completely and there's nothing left for other customers to be able to purchase but I can say that we have been able to get some things from your store but please if you keep your stock up and trying to let the people know that there's only a couple of items that they can get of a certain water type of toilet tree and so on that is of convenient for everyone can you please look out for us that are in need of these items as well and not let people buy all the quantity up thank you and I appreciate you being open and still in business in this time of crisis thank you five stars for you guys.

GLENDA was extremely helpful today! I bought some balloons for our branch anniversary!! She find out all balloons for me and helium it. I was there early in the morning when she starts her stocking!! Very friendly service!! Thank you Glenda!!

I go in this store like 3 times in one week literally and maybe like 10 to15 times out the month I love it there and the stuff is great they have decent prices. I love the Male that works evenings sometime afternoon hes a great employee he always there when you need something and never has an attitude and the older woman god bless her heart your staff have customer skills and show alot of team work plus do a very good job keep up the good work 😘...ps I'm on my way there now have a good day

This place is very convenient I like the fact that it's right next to the weed store I'm sure your business is going to pick up this store on like the last one that I went into. Was clean it was warm and the teller she was a little bit older she was trying to be friendly so I have to give this one five stars over 1

I love this little store it may not be huge but the ladies that run this store have huge hearts people sometimes treat them very poorly but they still treat me with the most respect every single time I'm in there I would have gave up long before they have so that right there earned my loyalty for life you go girls!

Went in to get some items for my brother in the nursing home they had what I needed store manager was very pleasant!

Nice staff they're trying really hard to keep up the store and give good service but they need help.

The staff is nice polite helpful and caring the shelves were well stocked the freezer section was clean and smelled clean very good place to shop

Staff is always nice, great for quick trips, I can find everything I'm looking for usually and it's so close to home.
