AT&T Store

I have had excellent service experiences with both Billy initially, and then today with Fernando. Both were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and took time to seek out the best options for both my personal and business accounts. So appreciate great customer service!

I haven’t had to go into an AT&T store in a long time but our experience with Angel was so easy and so great! Angel did an incredible job meeting our needs and helping our family get the best deal on our phones. Angel was incredibly attentive and also gave us detailed info on everything that our plan included, especially the protections for our tech. We really appreciate how much Angel was able help us!

Angel and Leo were an absolute delight! They were so helpful. They informed me of different options that I was unaware of. They were great!

Angel was so helpful with my phone. The touch screen stopped working. He showed me how to do a soft reset. He was very kind and professional.

Noemi and DJ helped me and my husband activate new lines. I wasn't getting much help or good service with Verizon. Additionally, I switched over from Apple to Android- which made it more difficult, but I had great help! They were willing to work with us to get the best deal and made sure we walked out confident with our new service provider! Thank You AT&T and staff. My new go to store!

This store staff was not helpful at all. They do not want to help you or even offer any option. If you ask the same question again, their reply is, "Did you not hear what I just said?" I would never go there again and suggest to all never even think going there for anything.

Nice customer service from Leonardo O. It was busy with minimum staff however, he made sure to acknowledge everyone in the store and assist everyone.
