It’s a good home depot, they have a lot of stuff. We were able to buy like 7 types of fly killers, it was pretty cool. They saved our BBQ that was invaded by fly’s. Lol. It also provided a good activity for the kids. Imagine a bunch of 8 year olds with fly zapper rackets. Pretty epic. They also have plants and those plastic Adirondack chairs we all love.

Kevin at the Pro Desk is kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He made every transaction process smooth and answered all my questions! Great work ethic!

Only in store experience was within picking up/ returning the two different microwave stands I unfortunately had to return. My five star review is based primary on that and no way, shape, or form on the quality of the products. That I give no stars! My experience with customer service/pick up gentlemen was pleasant although the item was taking so long to be brought up from receiving to me. He kept doing nothing but apologizing and explaining he was trying to do several things at once. I understand because I work retail and us associate primary goal is to help and satisfy all customers. He was very kind and provided excellent customer service. Also, want to mention Jason and Martha as they were very professional, kind, understanding, and lastly very helpful in the return process of these microwave stands! Jason was successful w/getting the 1st stand returned. But the 2nd time as i got him again. The system wouldn't allow him to complete it, thus, he checked w/Martha and she kindly took me as Jason helped out the next customer in line. Martha was by far the best she quickly and efficiently processed the return for me. Adddionally, she was very friendly and made absolute sure my experience in the end was phenomenal so I left very satisifed. Be sure to award Martha for her great work/ doing a great job. As it's all because of her i am willing to give it an other shot at purchasing a microwave stand at Home Depot. Prior to receiving customer service from her, I was calling it quits w/home depot and going to move on to going to lowes. Also, if it weren't for her this review wouldn't have gone up from 1 star to 5! Hope you recognize the great employee you have in her!!! As for the quality of the microwave stands sold at home depot thus far just prophetic. I carried the 64 pound microwave stand up an flight of stairs to only get inside where it was lite up and the box is unsealed and weakly taped together in three spots. Clearly this was an return and probably because the reviews stating its flimsy, don't go together correctly, is tough to but together, and has complicated directions Sorry I don't appreciate being sold an returned item. It'll be going back most likely by me too!!! Why I hate when things are not sold directly in stores so you can know the quality of something before buying it and walk if the box(es) are opened and taped back up! 2nd one the microwave slide all over the place appears the finish was too slippery. It too was unstable and extremely low. Looks wise I loved it and it went together very simply. Great easy to understand directions too! Hope if I find amother stand and in the unfortunate case I have to return it, Martha is there working and I get her!!!

I went here for cleaning supplies and received help from a few staff members. The staff here are helpful and very friendly. Very happy with the customer service and quality of products.

Home Depot has pretty much everything you need for building maintenance and home improvements. It requires lots of searching to find everything you need and knowledgeable store personal are at times pretty hard to find.

New to the area went to Home Depot in Howell ,shopping for lawn chairs and got excellent service from Jim who was very helpful and also at check out her name is Tara She was very helpful and very friendly made us feel really welcome to the area. We will definitely be back again. Leslie n Jim

Store carried a nice selection of door/window casings. You can cut to needed size, saving a nice sum of $$ on a bigger order. I was able to pick up everything I needed.

Love this Home Depot. There is a closer one my house. But this one has nicer service. Like how everything is layout in the store

It's a newer Home Depot built in the mid 2000's but a Home Depot none the less and every bit like most others.

It's well staffed with customer friendly locals, its a clean, accomodating place to shop.

Store carried a nice selection of door/window casings.

Where's Waldo in home improvement, plants, you name it. Helpful associates.

Even though I was trying to sneak in and out of there 10 minutes before closing, I received great customer service. The manager even helped run around the store to find the last items on my list.

We frequent the Freehold Raceway store and always find what we need with helpful, pleasant staffing and very good selections. On the rare chance of not finding an item a store rep usually can recommend somewhere we can find the item. Parking is ample and pricing is usually very competitive. Items are almost always in stock and if out of stock, can be ordered in fast time. Also, items ordered can be picked up at another store of your choice if more convenient. Returning items is usually easy with no hassles, often in cash or back to your card. Many times the employees in a department are well versed and have worked in that field, making item choices and project considerations much easier and with added confidence. We've completed many projects here at home successfully, from faucets, lighting, landscaping,etc., and knowing Home Depot is there for advice if needed is a good feeling. 😉✌

Great, u will notice different from lowes. I think they have more specialty stuff instead of only the standard materials. I will note that 4 x 4 x 8 is longer than lowes 4 x 4 x 8

Went to the store twice, was told I needed to place my order online for one of the items. Was also told the coupon I had on my phone was not good for the items that were standing in front of me. They were "online only". Then when I placed my order online I was told the items were out of stock. I tried to use my 25.00 coupon with the on-line order but it wouldn't work. Customer service told me that since I placed my order they couldn't apply my coupon, but I still could use it on another order. Total waste of three hours and am thinking of getting a Lowe's card now 🙃 😝 🤭.

This is A Great store to visit where the staff is very helpful and willing to Help*!
That was the shining point of this home Depot, the times I have visited.

Here weekly for projects big and small. Greeted by friendly associates all the time with great knowledge of each department and know me by now always willing to help the minute they see me so I can pickup exactly what I need even quicker.
Any issues with products they are quick to accept returns with no issues or questions asked.
Well stocked most times also which is great compared to most of the other stores that I have to ask for more of items on the shelf.

I ordered 2 planters on line and had them shipped to the store. Pickup was fast and easy.
