What a great experience this was! I have been wanting to carpet our slippery wood steps for years and finally did it! I always knew I would go to Carpets to Go when it was time, based on their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Glenn helped me pick the most perfect runner, and the guys did a great job with installation. It’s perfect!

Recently had the pleasure of working with Carpets to Go for our home renovation, and wow, what an experience! Glenn, the owner, was with us every step of the way. He’s not just about carpets; he’s about making sure you're genuinely happy and comfortable with your choice. The warmth and personal attention we received felt like we were family. I had a major disaster when I installed my floors a few years back. Researched a lot about installers and was recommended to Glenn in the Howell location. Decided to go down to meet him and glad I did. Amazing showroom, wonderful man, honest and fair pricing and a job well done. PS. I also ended up doing the carpet on my second floor of my house and it came out great.

Following a flood in our family room, we needed to replace our carpet. Carpets To Go was the first and only place we went. We found the showroom to be really great with all the carpet styles well displayed. The staff was courteous and professional--no high pressure tactics. We told them what we were looking for and they pointed out a number of options. We found exactly what we were looking for. Steve, the sales consultant, answered all of our questions, came to the house to do a final measurement (and was on time! something we value) and was a delight to deal with. The entire experience was great. No reason to shop around.
The installation crew was on time, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, moved back our furniture and were overall terrific.
Following a post installation blooper, Glenn, the owner, went over and above to resolve the issue. Clearly a professional who values his customers.
This was our first visit to Carpet To Go and we'll be back Already got a quote for a potential future project.

They have a huge amount of inventory to choose from in their pristine Howell showroom. Glen and his team are super accommodating and highly professional. I used Carpets To Go when I purchased my house 3 years ago - they installed my carpeting beautifully and at a price no one in Monmouth County could beat. There is no pressure to buy anything when shopping at Carpets To Go - in fact, when I bought my house 3 years ago Glenn actually recommended a cheaper carpet for my son's room which he thought was comparable to the more expensive one I was looking at which saved me a few hundred dollars. That carpet looks ALMOST as good today as it did when it was installed 3 years ago. Carpets To Go is a local business that supports its community - I ask that we support them! You'll never have to wonder if you are getting the best price or a fair shake because Glenn at Carpets To Go would never have if any other way.

I went into Carpets to Go last week to see about carpet for my stairs. Glenn had exactly what I was looking for. One week later the carpet is bound and installed. I could not be happier. The installer came right on time and were very professional. I highly recommend Carpets to Go.

Went to Carpets to Go based on some reviews in a local mom FB group when we needed to replace some carpeting on a home we were purchasing. Had to have measurements done ahead of closing on the house due to tight timeframe of moving in. Glenn and his team bent over backwards with scheduling to help make this work. We also had a hiccup at installation which Glenn addressed personally and made it right. The work was clean and solid and pricing was worth every penny. If you're teetering, look no further. Their customer service alone is enough to give them all of your carpeting business. The quality is great too.

I went to Carpets to Go last week seeking carpet stair treads for my new wood steps. While they did not have any, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told (with a smile) that "they can make anything I want and have it by tomorrow." That promise was kept and the stair treads are exactly what I wanted and needed! Thank you Carpets to Go for such great service. I will definitely be returning for my future flooring needs.

We just had carpet installed yesterday and all of our expectations were exceeded!! From the initial Face-time consultation to figure out what we wanted, to the hand delivery of samples right to our door, to the installation done completely with masks and gloves while practicing social distancing - everything was amazing.
