An absolute culinary wonderland with selection and variety that left me awestruck. The vast array of meats, cheeses, dry goods and produce is dizzying. I felt like a kid in a candy store! The produce is so fresh it looks like it should be in a magazine and they have imported meats, cheeses and ingredients from every corner of the world! Prices are very reasonable for the QUALITY you are receiving. For the people who state the obvious that walmart is cheaper.......... That is like saying you can buy a costco hot dog for less than a dry aged ribeye, no duh. I like fresh, delicious food that is top quality and I am willing to pay more for nutritious and healthy food not completely sourced from China and abused by chemical processing and third world safety inspections. Also unlike walmart every employee I interacted with was super kind and very knowledgable and checkout was a breeze and pleasant. Tell me the last time you went to walmart and you didn't end up bagging your own groceries and being ignored or worse treated like garbage.
The bakery is astounding and the deli is incredible. Despite the tremendous quality and selection, prices are very nice. The store was immaculately clean and well organized in every aisle and shopping was a delight. I will only be shopping at this store from now on. I can't wait to try all of the culinary delights Rouses has to offer. Thank you for being so AMAZING!!!

Their cakes are amazing, just putting it out there ! I got my daughter a white almond cake with raspberry filling and whipped icing. Also all of their gentilly cakes are the bomb.. also if you have not tried it yet, the banana gentilly cake is absolutely delicious

Best boiled seafood I’ve had in years. Just a little spice where you can enjoy the taste of the crawfish & crabs!! Twice we have picked up seafood & it is delicious! Wish ALL Rouses would boil their seafood the same. Had others were all was tasted was hot over done spices where the meal couldn’t be eaten. Love this ROUSE LOCATION & will be back for some more of your delicious awesome boiled seafood!

Okay so this was my first time here. Me and my kids thought we teleported to our regular Rouses on St. Charles St. because the stores are carbon copies. It was weird. But great.

One of the best Rouses in the area. Won a King Cake in their cake walk contest. Large selection of everything.

Rouses is a great place to get quality groceries and alcohol for decent prices. The meals they prepare are delicious and nutritious. They may be a bit pricier than other grocery stores but the quality of their offerings easily justifies the higher prices.

Really busy location but many friendly employees to help make your shopping experience go by smooth. Its great not having to check yourself out and bag your own groceries + + + shelves pretty full only couldn't find root beer extract. Would be nice if parking spots were lined a little bigger to have more room between cars

A nice break from normal grocery stores, you can find items well out of the ordinary. And their floral shop and bakery are amazing! I've gotten special order cakes from them for decades, always delicious!

Excellent quality. The most beautiful produce section I have ever seen, with fresh fish, sausages made in-house, amazing bakery, large deli, and an impressive wine department. Don't miss the cabinet of aged meats!

Store was clean and well lite. Went to pick up a cake. Bakery attendant wasn't very nice, I was intruping her because I had a order to pick up. Cake was over $25 (it was beautiful n delicious). Bakery attendant should know her customers is how she gets paid.

Their meat counter and produce are always fresh and inviting. Aisles are always clear and shelves are fully stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly

I bought lunch from Rouse's Market deli today. The food was beyond delicious! It tasted better than a five star restaurant. Bravo to the manager of the deli and chef today, Melissa! YOU ROCK!😋💝🏆

I love Rouses! Ever since I found myself in Thibodaux--their headquarters city-- whenever I can't get to their flagship store on Canal or across from Thibodaux Regional on N. Acadia, it's just not the same, they carry so many local choices, which is a high priority for me. Recommend w enthusiasm!

The store was clean and cake was delicious

I have to push a stroller/wheelchair when I shop. Rouses has the smaller carts that I can pull behind me while I push the stroller. The aisles are spacious and that is a requirement for us. The staff always has a smile and the baggers offer to help me take my groceries to my vehicle so i can maneuver the wheelchair. I am loyal to this store.

Good selection. They have barqs rootbeer in glass bottles which automatically earns any establishment 5 stars.
