I hate a great experience today. I called over the phone to find a product in the toys section. A friendly woman named Jessica assisted me out. She took the time to look for what I wanted and she ended up finding it. She was patient with me and held the item for me to pick up in the same day. When I got there, she cashed me out and I was very satisfied with the treatment I received.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The employees here are always nice. Its the customers that are always the problem. Why is it that in medford, people can't seem to manage to read the signs that tell where items are located? Its not that hard. I hate coming to medford because of the sense of entitlement of the other customers. But this location has very nice employees
