The last reviewer is slightly incorrect. You can in fact wait in one of two sometimes three lines and pay for your packages that way I have gone in there and shipped parcels which I use a paper shopping bag to wrap and then write the address on and I paid at the counter. It is a very spacious facility and quite a beautiful and historic building being completed in 1937. In regard to the last reviewer, occasionally they will open up a alternative window where people who have already made pre-printed paid labels can just drop their package off instead of waiting in line. They also have a Covid curtain and the staff are very attentive and nice I highly recommend this post office location to anyone needing to ship something for the holidays

I sent parcels a couple of times. There is no problems. If you have a ready-made label, you can not stand in line, but leave it in the window right away. International service works well. I'm satisfied.

All three employees helped me during my visit. One came out from behind the counter to help me choose what method of mailing would be the least expensive. Another checked me out and was very pleasant and a third got me my passport application. Never seen a post office full of nice employees who know what they're doing before. Don't go to Davis Square...it's like night and day.

Had no issues getting my package here. My package was going to lowell but was misdelivered to this Medford location. I call in the morning, spoke to Linda ( I think ) and she told me it was ok to come by and pick it up. Drove down, waited a couple minutes in line, lady at the front desk was nice. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes with my package. Thanks.

Set up an appointment for a new US Passport. Passports are taking an average of 12-18 weeks for processing and delivery. Excellent customer service and with expediting, received the passport in just two weeks.

Fantastic service! I was shipping a gift to Maine that would not fit in a small flat rate box. The manager advised me to use Priority Mail and then went out back and found a box for me to use!
I was going to use a medium flat-rate box which would have cost twice as much. Wow, talk about service.

Excellent service. Came in for a passport renewal, but didn't realize I needed an appointment. Jerome was able to process it anyway. Finished the whole thing in less than half an hour.

Mailed out two dining sets to an overseas destination and helped by a considered and professional staff, near the closing hour. Very happy about the service.
