AT&T Store

I’m glad I had the chance to stop and At&t store yesterday, and thankfully Dante helped me to find the best phone and best plan for myself. Thank you Dante, you were so helpful and went far and beyond to help me. I’m absolutely sure when it comes to update my phone, I’ll be looking forward to see Dante and get his help!

After leaving the Verizon store in Cambridge in tears, without a phone due to their own mistake. I drove to the Medford AT&T store. Dante was very kind, respectful, and most importantly, helped me find the best plan for my budget.
I hardly ever write an essay about my experience, but this one is worth writing about it.

Norman is an absolute professional, highly would recommend this location solely because of him. Clear, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable!

We upgraded to a new iphone 14 max pro in the Medford store last week. The sales rep Norman really went above and beyond to make the experience smooth. He was super helpful and accommodating. He answered all our questions and was happy to help to switch the old phone number over to the new phone which was very important for us.

I had a terrific experience here. Jordan helped me and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Domingos was also there and he was also very professional and friendly.
I saw all the great reviews for them here, and I actually went a bit out of my way to purchase my phone at this Medford AT&T location rather than any place else. I'm very happy I did so!

Went in there this afternoon and was approached by both Norman and Anthony. They were VERY helpful and informative. Very down to earth and personable. They helped me get a new phone while making recommendations without making me feel pressured. Made conversation while waiting for activation. I would definitely return to get help from these two.

My personal phone stopped working and I couldn't make calls, take calls etc.
I was stressed out for I couldn't fix it.
Went to AT&T store in Medford and was fortunate to have Norman S assist me.
Norman S. Is the best; great customer service skills and great IT skills.
Norman was able to save all my data and most importantly my pictures. My phone was not allowing no apps to be downloaded to transfer info, and Norman found a way.

Talked with Domingos about getting new phones for my spouse and I as well as switching plans. He was phenomenal. He was very friendly, didn't push anything on us, walked us through the whole process very patiently and found us some great discounts. Y'all need to give this guy a raise!

Had a great experience buying a new phone. Should me one similar to the one I had. Longest time waiting was the info transferring to the new phone. In and out in less than an hour. Very satisfied.

My husband and I went in to AT&T to review our phone bill and options as our payments with our current phones were almost up. Domingos Gomestat (at Medford) was very understanding of our desires and needs and set us up with options that we were very happy with. He was patient with our questions, helpful with suggestions, and knowledgeable about all facets of the billing system and our phone options. He also communicated clearly and gained our trust that he had heard what we said and was working for our benefit. I could also tell that he was a great team player as when other colleagues of his approached him for help, he was most supportive. There should be a Domingos at EVERY AT&T store!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at an AT&T retail store. There was no wait and I was out of there in just about 30 minutes. The Sales rep who helped me, Malachi Brasher, was phenomenal! He helped me make the best decision on which phone I should upgrade to, based on my needs. He did all he could to keep it cost effective and thoroughly answered all of my many questions. The other sales reps in the store were also very helpful and courtesy. I highly recommend this location.

I want to the At&t at medford and the worker there Domingos, was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to set up and transfer all my data to my new phone. I have been to other ones where workers had no knowledge or patience. I knew more than them at other at&t stores.

Great experience. My husband and I worked with Stevenson. I would recommend everyone to work with him. He is very detailed walked us through all the steps especially for me since I was switching from Android to apple. He switched over all apps and info from our old phones to the new ones he also put all the screen protectors on. Everything just ran quick and smoothly with him.
