Today, This store made my day! The team members (specifically the male ones) are very nice. They are very welcoming and helpful! The manager, He is always in the entrance of the store and helps everyone in need. I hope we get to experience this kind of attitude from other stores as well 🤩☀ thanks

Went there looking for gloves to make a costume and I was helped by Paris. Was an amazing worker and he helped me find the gloves for my silly costume. Went out of his way to be helpful.

There was a problem with my order but, even though Derrick was multi-tasking he helped me by providing a great customer service. Thank you!

Nice selection of saltwater and freshwater fishing tackle & accessories. Be prepared to spend some time here compared to Walmart. Definitely has some premium offerings versus cheap grade only. By the time you shop online and pay for the shipping you might as well just go in-store. Convenience and in-store see-it-in-person shopping at old site of the Meadow Glen Mall in Medford. Bought some nice Blue Label Seaguar 30 lb fluorocarbon leader. Happy.

The staff at this particular location were amazing and so helpful!. We had arrived at 9:20 (ten minutes before closing time). We were looking for a soccer ball and being the customers that we are, we spent 20 minutes trying to find the correct soccer ball. If you can do the math, we were there for 10 minutes past the time they were supposed to closed. Not only did they allow us to stay later to pick out the right ball, but a man by the name of Anthony stuck by us and recommended some products and pulled some out and asked if we liked them. We wanted a particular ball in a size 5, which was not on the shelves. Instead we found another one. After we chose one that we thought we liked. We went to check-out and tried to see if there were any current discounts for that item. We were disappointed to see that there were none currently available. During this time Anthony had disappeared and we thought he was done for the night. Anthony came back with the correct size ball that we had originally wanted. However, this ball was almost twice as much as the one we had on the counter. Then, the manager Ryan, gave us a discount because we couldn't find it the first time. To top it off, Nicole was very speedy at the checkout! What lovely people. They did their jobs so well, and if I'm ever in town again and I need something sporty, I'll make sure to come back and buy it here.

Gerry was awesome. I really had trouble getting the right soccer cleats but Gerry was very kind and helpful he helped me try more than 10 shoes. He was still really eager to help me and did a lot for me. Finally I got the fit. Seriously, he needs a raise. You won’t get anyone like him.

My fiance and I went in today for 2 pair of shoes. Christian was an amazing help. He helped me track down a pair of 14's at an amazing deal. Definitely give this kid a raise

Great New addition to Medford! But I would suggest More staff when we went shopping the staff in the shoe department was over worked and stressed by the # of Customers looking for help back to school! We were there 40 minutes waiting for sneakers.
Poor Management!

I absoulty love this store! They have everything you need for all your sports equipment needs. The staff are very helpful and frendly i never need to go looking for someone to help me find something once they see you looking lost someones walking over to you asking if they can help you find something. Plus there are employees walking the floor so you can always find someone if u need help.

Employees are very helpful and polite and have good customer service. Prices are alittle steep unless you have a coupon. Overall they have a variety of different sporting goods you need.

This is a nice store. As much as I hate big boxes. Very nice staff, very helpful. Well laid out, great selection, great prices.

Awesome selection and very organized.

Prices are not always the lowest but convenience is probably the reason for that.

Limited choice of weightlifting equipment. Ethos, Best Fitness, and Fitness Gear are mainly available, but there are better deals from different brands online, i.e. Rogue, Titan, Rep Fitness.
