Allred's Ace Hardware Orem

We use Ace to pick up our miscellaneous plumbing and electrical needs for the swimming pool builds that we do at husky landscaping. They are always kind and friendly and their service is top-notch. Most part they have most of the parts and materials that we need.

Keep going to this place because they have an awesome bolt 🔩 selection. I'm always working on the 23T Hot Rod or one of my GMC Trucks. 🛻. It’s a great store! The people make it five stars. They’re nice and help me find what I am are looking. I’ve always had good experiences finding the parts and getting help when I go in.

First time at this location! Super clean store - everything is tidy and at its place.

Was greeted by two friendly employees while walking in, and asked us what we were looking for, and walked us to where we needed to be.

Cashier friendly and hospitable - even offered to ring our transactions into 2 so we can use the coupons we brought!

Tom in the paint department is so kind and helpful! He helped me and my wife sort out a painting issue quickly. It’s also a really clean and organized store.

The store is great! It has fair prices for most of the items you'll find there. In my case the prices were the lowest I could find. I came to the store for the Ego electric yard tool products. If they didn't have what I was looking for at the store right when I wanted it, then they were either able to get a hold of it or have it shipped to them.

Oh! And it is locally owned. I was fortunate enough to be helped by the owner, Steve. He was really knowledgeable about the products I was buying as well as other products that they sold there such as Trager grills/smokers. He or any one else on his staff will go above and beyond when helping you.

If you need tools, yard equipment, a Trager, or anything else like that look no further than Allred's ACE.

We're very helpful and provided information to the expectation I would have had if I had walked into the store itself. I had called Into the store to ask about a specific product and it's availability then was given good opinions on alternatives and other options the store could provide me with. Great job for quality customer service and excellent consumer VS customer knowledge! Way to go guys!

I had a great experience when I came to this store yesterday. I was so surprised how welcoming they were. A lady was standing near the front entrance. When I walked in she was very welcoming me and helped me to find what I need. It was only a simple hex bolt that I need. They treat me very well. I am definitely recommend this location!

Tell me if you can spot the difference between these two items that are priced differently. This aside, I do prefer going here or over Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Serious integrity from the management here. They paid to fix something they accidentally caused through an unfortunate fluke. I didn't have to even ask or push, they immediately called multiple places to get it fixed quickly on a Saturday and managed the repair. They were kind, prompt, and respectful. I've never had such a smooth resolution from a business. Thoroughly impressed. This is a safe place to shop.

The staff is always helpful and fast to help me get what I need if it is available. They're also knowledgeable and helped me think through a project I was working on.

I had an issue fixing a broken part on my car that I couldn't fix for years. I called in and Taylor helped me finally find a solution! Great customer service!

I'm super happy we've got an Ace around now! The store was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to other hardware stores. Although the store is smaller, they have a good selection of pretty much everything you'd need. In a lot of ways, I prefer stores like this to the big box stores. It's a lot easier to find stuff since it's more compact. Additionally the sales associate to customer ratio is higher, so it's easier to find help if you've got a question.

Update: I went there today to pick up some screws and was pleasantly surprised at the huge selection and low prices. I bought a bunch of self-tapping screws previously from Home Depot, but about half would break. I figured I'd try screws from Ace. None of the screws from Ace broke! It was a win-win: cheaper and better quality. (Also, their selection is better.)

Great store. Super clean and organized. It’s not huge too so you can get in and out and find what you need easily. Staff is very friendly, Bruce was great to work with as well as the staff at checkout. Great products with Magnolia and Benjamin Moore Paints. Also like that the Milwuakee products are slightly cheaper than other stores. Will shop here again and set up a contractor account. Thank you!

I get the majority of my hardware needs here. The prices are fair. The products are great quality. The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I’ve come here quite a few times for random nuts and bolts. They’re always really friendly and helpful. This place has much better customer service than Lowe’s or Home Depot and they sell a lot of fasteners etc. in smaller quantities too.

Ace always has a little part I can't find. Staff is always helpful. Far easier to get in and out of.
