Amazing selection that is well priced! They had something I've been looking for over the past few years since I moved to Rhode Island. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. I was there this past Tuesday around 10 am so kudos to the gentleman that was there!

Cedars Smoke and Vape has the biggest selection and variety of disposables and other vaping products I've found in the East Bay area, with fair prices and very knowledgeable staff. A specific coil we wanted was immediately ordered, we're very pleased with the overall experience.

Kid working the counter was on facetime with a friend the entire time. I was not greeted, acknowledged or asked if I needed help. I was uncomfortable to say the least bc the kid's friend who he was facetiming was saying the N word repeatedly while the employee never turned the volume down or did the right thing & hang up. Eventually the conversation ended & after staring at the glass for 15 min I turned to look at the employee & he finally asked if I needed something.. He seemed very inconvenienced I was there. I was taking my time to pick out a couple things, 1 of them being a new mini torch. I was trying to find the one with the most quiet flame. I explained this & asked if he used any of them or knew if any were quiet. To my surprise, he just looked at me in the eyes & did not respond for about 20-30 seconds & finally just said 'no.' I kept looking & mentioned I was worried I would pay for one only to open it and find out its too loud. The display torches had no fuel so I couldnt even test any. I then asked, 'if I buy it & its too loud or not what I want can I return it or exchange it?' .. AGAIN, he rolled his eyes, looked at me for another 30 seconds without saying anything & then said, "no..." As if it was a stupid question to ask (ive returned\exchanged torches before at other stores.. I finally picked out a new piece of glass, rushing bc I felt I was annoying the employee. After I paid he just stared at me again & I had to ask, "can I have some bubble wrap &tape? i can do it for you so you can help the next customer" to which he rolled his eyes again & gave me some... I used to love this shop, the previous employee who left a couple months ago was very patient and cool. This was the polar opposite.. never seen the owner there either... good glass, lots of products... Awful service, attitude & clearly the business is a free for all & owner must not care. This behavior would not last more than a day anywhere else... Disappointed
