New Wave Wine & Spirits

As a chef/cook/hobbyist I use specific liqueurs/wines in my cooking.
We happened upon New Wave Wine & Spirit today by accident, and wow were we pleased. We went in looking for Limoncello for a Tiramisu recipe I was wanting to make. Low and behold the clerk (she) knew exactly what I wanted, and showed me where the choices were. We then asked (we were feeling lucky) if they had our favorite, very hard to find Sake in stock (Tyku brand), again she said yes and showed us where. They also had dry Marshalla in stock that I also use in cooking. All of the 3 items we were looking for were in stock, a home run.
As we were checking out, I asked the very nice clerk if they could special order items for us. She said they could try, asked me what I was looking for, wrote it down, and then within a few hours she called me and told me what they could do. I ordered specific items from her and will be back here on a regular basis.
We were treated very politely, professionally and the follow through was amazing. I would strongly recommend you stop in and see how they can help you out.

I’m in town on a short visit and found this place on Google Maps. I was greeted warmly, offered assistance immediately, had friendly conversation about travel, made my purchase and left. The store is clean and organized. This was a lovely experience.

In Myrtle Beach there are good liquor stores and gouging liquor stores. This is definitely a good store! 🙂. Great prices and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly.

Great place to go for all of your needs!! Richard and his darling daughter treated me like a true friend. I was in my search for the elusive Buffalo Trace items like every one else,but i was also looking for the Garrison Brothers honeydew. I could not find it. Richard said he could see if the distributor had it and would call and let me know. That very same day he called to let me know it was available and he would order it and have it delivered that very next day. 9:15 in the morning of the next day he called to let me know it was in. I picked it up and his daughter rang me out. And again they treated me with a friendly attitude and I will stop in again next time I'm in town.

Nice, small store. Great service. If they don't have it, they will do their best to get it & notify you.

Love this place. If I am looking for something in particular and they don't carry it, they will find it and order it for me if they can. Great place!

Bought a bottle of bourbon. It was a little more than the liquor mart. Owner was helpful.
