Lowes Foods on South Commons Drive

Once I realized this store was not the home improvement company, I was very pleasantly surprised! It was clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't have the hot sauce I wanted, but they knew what it was and said they would look into getting it. Which I thought was very nice to try. HOWEVER, the best part was the "Clip Your Own Herb" garden - in the store!!! You can clip just the amount you need of fresh, planted in dirt in a giant window box. No waste and did I mention FRESH?!

I couldn't find a product anywhere except Lowe's Foods. Very nice customer service lady helped me locate it. Thank you Betty! Lowe's Foods is lucky to have you! Nice clean store with great people!

This store is one I go way out of my way to visit. Unique items that I can’t find elsewhere and the bar in the center cracks me up. Why haven’t other stores thought of this fun feature?

It's a clean upscale grocery store. It's one of the few places you can get Boar's Head lunch meats. They have a butcher shop with a good selection of meats. There's also a Bakery and Seafood shop on site. It's always well stocked and clean. The produce section has a very good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. It's even well stocked with fresh herbs. Bring your own reusable bags and they will credit you five cents per bag!

This place is in a league of its own. I don't come here often because it's not really "close" to my house, but sometimes, when I'm feeling like I want something sweet but I also don't want to go out to a restaurant to get a "proper dessert," I go here. And then I get sucked in by all the other fresh options they have like fresh cut fruit and veggies, fresh bread, and they have an indoor "beer garden" would be the best way to describe it. A little social nook to go in and have a drink if you are into that kind of thing. Their staff are really nice, even though I usually go to self-checkout, and the checkout lanes are named after local sites. Did I mention you can grab fresh herbs?....yes, like straight from the dirt. They have them growing there in the produce section. I could go on and on, you should just go check it out (even if it's a little out of your way)!

Why did I not know about this store before? It is awesome! I get a kick out of the fact that you can have a beer or glass of wine while shopping! Now that's the way to buy groceries! Lol. They have an amazing selection of just about everything - cheese, breads, prepared foods, wines & beers, seafood and fish and surprisingly, prices are pretty reasonable. Had a good time shopping there tonight before the storm - it is worth a visit!

Love going here one of my favorite stores. Love the set up and decorations. Everyone is so supper friendly and helpful!

I was shocked how nice everyone was. First, The gentleman who cooked my fresh seafood was super courteous, then the young ladies at the checkout were so sweet and polite. They actually bagged my groceries for me! I couldn't beleive a grocery store did that anymore! I love this store when I visit and this is why!

They were in the middle of a grand opening for one of their other stores but all the corporate people were there. They took away from the customer service correcting and gathering groups of staff you felt the tension but a wonderful meat department guy was passing out sausage samples that I bought I would not have ever known without that yummy then the deli people I think Janine was so accommodating skilled and knowledgeable was impressive and Tom in the deli area was so receptive and caring about my needs bottom line I spent 100.00 more than I planned on. Great work nice visit - corporate people relax let them work let them breathe they are real people and sincere

Best supermarket ever, and I’ve been to plenty of them. Beautiful, clean store. Service is top notch. The produce section is awesome. Kyle at the BBQ stand is a rockstar. Makes grocery shopping something to look forward to

Wanted to try the smokehouse Brisket and it was delicious. Made a cream corn relish and made swiss cheese brisket melt on sourdough bread. Side dish was Couscous with zucchini Tuscany sauce. Want to try the smokehouse salmon next.

Clean store,friendly staff, well organized. Would definitely recommend. Also good selection of products.

Variety of products is great. The bakery and deli are the best. Fresh produce. Awesome deals everyday on meats and seafood. I shop on a regular basis for all my staples.

High quality grocery store with excellent helpful staff members. Lowes has a bakery, wine/beer tasting, salad bar with soups, good quality deli, and hot chicken and sides station. From produce to meats to the dairy case, we have found everything that we need for our family. There are locally made products too that make good gifts to share with my out of town relatives.

We love lowes. We have lots of food markets to choose from here in MBSC, and we like Lowes the best.

Beautiful store, I have never been to a Lowes Foods before but I will return. We could not find rock salt for homemade ice cream anywhere, but they carried it here, also some fresh ears of white corn. We also decided to try some dried okra, let's just say that was polished off before we made it home.

Lowe’s Foods is a good place to shop especially for specialty items. They are a little more expensive but you can find most of what you need at Lowe’s.
