I had an incredibly positive experience at the Amherst Target, all thanks to an employee named Shane. His attentiveness and genuine care went above and beyond what I could’ve expected. In a moment that could easily have been overwhelming, Shane stepped in with a level of empathy and assistance that was truly heartwarming. He ensured that everything was handled smoothly and that I felt completely supported throughout the situation. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer safety and well-being. Shane's service was exemplary, Target is lucky to have such a great employee. I am immensely grateful for his help and cannot commend him enough for his kindness and professionalism.

Good store. Plenty of friendly employees . I seen them wiping and cleaning counters and floors while we were there. They were running short on paper products. But had plenty of food and produce. Good place to shop for your Christmas toys.

A young man whom I think was named David just assisted me by the bread section. He walked to the back of the store to get 2 breads for me that were not in stock up front. He didn't have to help me like that, but he did. I appreciate it.

My order was ready very quick. The employees were quick and efficient making a very easy pickup

My favorite Target. Staff are always helpful, store is always clean and I can always find what came for and then some.

Love this location!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly. I go there several times a week because I live .5 miles from location. I never have to struggle to find an employee as there is always someone in an aisle stocking or helping.
If an item isn’t on hand they will scan and check the back and then give me the closest location with the item. They never act like it’s an inconvenience, which is so hard to find in retail places today.
There is a young man that works costumer service, I wish I remembered his name, but he is soooo kind and always makes conversation with every costumer. He’s always willing to help and give a story too :)

This Starbucks is located in the Target. I absolutely love grabbing a drink & shopping about. Today, I ordered the pink drink with chocolate cold foam on top- the best drink I’ve had in a long time!

They also usually have super cute merch at this location too.

Voted best coffee in Lorain County in the Pulse Magazine survey. Good food, pastries and smoothies.

This particular Target has a great variety of Target Quality items and the employees there are a great help all the time. One of my most enjoyable places to shop. 5 ⭐👍⭐👍⭐

I really like the layout of Target on line During the Covid they really came thru. Easy to shop had all I needed and Merchandise is colorful
well blended patterns So change of scenery with bathroom and living room was nice. I needed a POP in the rooms. 👍♥♥♥♥♥😘

Go to store. Convenient and not over priced

The whole process was super easy. As soon as I clicked "I'm here" on my phone, within 5 minutes someone came and brought my item out to my car. Friendly, helpful and polite employees.

While visiting the Cleveland Ohio area from Detroit Michigan, I visit this Target location in Amherst Ohio.
They have the best Guest Service and associates ever. Adam, Raquel, Shelly, Ashlee and Jose are the GOATS of Target. Linda however was very rude and very disrespectful to me. I have gone to Target stores all over America. If you ever have any questions or problems at Target they will do their best to help and assist you and make things right. Unlike Walmart!!!! I hate going to Walmart.

My favorite local target. I've been shopping here for years and never had a bad experience. The store is always clean and organized. The employees are great. Lines usually aren't long. And the location is convenient.

Such an amazing store. Great staff, always clean. Warm and inviting. I spend WAYYYY too much money here, so beware unless you want to happily drain your wallet.

I feel very safe in this Target store because all the associates wear masks, keep their distance, & the store itself is kept very clean. Plus this store is very close to home (1/3 of a mile away) and has almost everything I need at very reasonable prices.

The young lady Brittany in cosmetics was so helpful and answered my questions about No. 7 products. Also a young lady named Brittany was so kind and helpful at the self serve checkout register. 2 awesome helpful employees - both named Brittany. That is Customer Service!!!*****

For me its a one stop and shop. Always find something for everyone

Very fast and convenient. Like if your getting ready to go to a birthday party and forgot to buy a gift, you can open the target app and buy the item then pick it up on your way to the party and not be late.

I love Target and shop there several times a week. It offers a wide variety of goods at an affordable price. I often take advantage of the pick up in store option for when I’m short on time.
