Had a wonderful experience with Cedric! He was so friendly and very helpful. My mom needed a new phone as hers was 6 years old! From the minute we walked in we felt very comfortable! Highly recommend this store and ask for Cedric! He's Awesome!

Cedric Holt was amazing! No rush, did everything for me. I had a warranty issue and he ordered the replacement and transferred everything for me within 24 hours. I’m soon to be 65 and somewhat technologically challenged. He kept me relaxed and took care of everything without making me feel uncomfortable. Strongly recommend him!!!

Went in for a new phone and aaron set me up with a new s24 ultra. He was very professional about it all and guided me through the different features. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Definitely recommend

I want to give a shout out to Cedric Holt I am from Columbus, Ohio and I purchased the phone from your location in Lorain a year ago.
They employee that helped us at that time. Made a mistake and put a wrong phone number in my mom‘s new phone that I got her for her birthday for over a year. We’ve been having difficulty adding apps and doing different things because when it would send a text verification code. It would go to a number that we did not know, finally Cedric was able to recently help resolve this issue after I have traveled to Lorain to the store with no luck. My brother Nate took over and was able to work with Cedric and get it done after we were sent several times by another employee to Apple Store and they will send us back to Verizon shout out to Cedric for his outstanding service and determination to help resolve our issue . Just one more reason I’m proud to be a Verizon wireless customer.

Samir ( Aka Sam) was the BEST Verizon representative I have EVER HAD! I’ve had service with this company for decades and talked to many people. He had me in and out so fast! Very attentive and nice! Super friendly and personable ! He deserves recognition for sure because I’ve not had this amazing of customer service in so long especially since covid! I’ve gone to the Fairview park location. And Crocker park and it was a 1 star terrible experience! I live 30 min away from this location but this will now be my store because he makes it worth the drive! 5/5 stars satisfied with my two experiences I’ve had!

I visited the store on Leavitt Rd about a month ago and Cederic was the salesman who assisted me.
Cederic was most helpful, courteous and patient. I have gone in several times with questions regarding my account, and he has been nothing but professional and helpful in answering my questions.
I would highly recommend anyone seeking a new plan or switching over to Verizon to go and see Cederic or any of his associates.

Hands down the best customer service from Orlando. Polite, knowledgeable and well spoken. There was no pressure to give me something I didn't want or need. He asked the right questions to find out my needs and what I would be happy with. Will definitely send friends and family to see him.
