Great place to get crafting needs, It is a bit on expensive side, The employees are very helpful. One employee in Amherst store stands out as being the most helpful, friendly and one of the best examples of superb customer service I have seen in many many years and I have worked retail for a long time, her name is Kelly.

Appreciation for being provided with great customer service from a lovely young lady. Her name is Chelsea. She stepped in and provided me with kindness and great suggestions to complete my list of items. She is a valuable employee, and should be recognized for her great customer service.

Exciting to walk around and look at all the crafts available. Clean facility. Excellent customer service. Everything a person needs to be crafty is located here. Frames are kinda high priced but other than that, fair prices.

Cashier was super friendly. She left the register to help me find what I needed.

I enjoy the fact that Michael's still has yardage for my quilting needs.

The associates at this store were incredible. I was greeted as I entered and my transaction went very smoothly.

The store itself is much larger than it looks from the outside, and the aisles are nice and wide. Everything was very easy to find. I will say it took me a minute to find the price checker, but it ended up being smack dab in the center of the store.

It was really enjoyable to visit this store. There is plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend this store.

I only come in here to buy HTV. Always find what I need at a good price

Love this location. They carry a sort of muted selection because of the size of the building but it's always well faced, stocked and clean.

Literal hidden gem in Lorain. Fantastic inventory and great deals on art supplies and home decor among other items.

Steven in framing is the best ever. He has done so much work me and I always trust his efforts. Steven is very talented. I noticed he takes my items I want worked, looks at them , and shoes me what the next direction to go is. I always leave confident and always leave happy.

Absolutely LOVE this store!! They had EVERYTHING I needed for a Christmas gift idea, plus more!! I got even more ideas when I was shopping. I'd definitely recommend Michael's for your first, and only stop, for crafting ideas. It'll save you A LOT of time, and probably money too!

Get lost here atleast twice a week seems like the first time every time. You guys have definitely pulled me through some blue days during the covid period keeping my mind on fun stuff with all the options and always friendly customer service. Thank you guys for all you have done.

They are having a FANTASTIC pre-Christmas sale! (12/19/19). Even without the sale the prices are still phenominal (especially on picture frames... which is what I went for), even compared to Amazon! Skip everywhere else, including online stores, and pay them a good old-fashioned Christmas shopping visit in person.
