Chick-fil-A

We use the drive-thru. The lines are always long, but they move quickly. The cars merge into one line after ordering. I really like their chicken wraps and my family enjoys the chicken sandwiches. They also have fun shake flavors for a special treat. I would say something they could improve is keeping menus with them as they move from one vehicle to the next so those who aren't familiar with the food would know what is available.

We had a great time! We came on a Saturday night, it was ridiculously busy! A few mistakes were made with our order, but the staff was kind and helpful to get us the right food. Someone even found the time to come to our table and ask if we needed anything out of the blue. Very happy!

There is a play place, so that's always nice. Little small though.

I cannot say more good things about this Chick Fil A! They are typically pretty busy, however the staff is always friendly, the food is always fresh, and the dining area is always clean! We LOVE coming here!

Had a good time with my nieces and nephew. Chicken sandwich deluxe was good, but I feel the peach shake wasn't very peachy.
I LOVED the placemats they give for kids to stick on the tables, AND that they still offer to trade the toy with the kid's meal for ice cream.
The kids had fun at the play place. It was ultra-crowded when we were there, ergo really loud, but we survived.

Chick-fil-A generally has a good reputation for exceptional service. It's been a long time since I have dined in, and I was so impressed by the quality of there service at this location in AF! The employees were meticulously keeping the tables and floors clean. They are extremely kind and friendly. The food came out fast and they frequented my table to provide anything that I might need. One employee came around with a basketful of mints and let me take a large handful! The employees seem to have great rapport with one another. The manager even stopped by my table and was so sincere in asking how I was doing. She was even kind enough to fetch me a to go bag and extra napkins. I'm honestly so impressed by the kindness that I have received here. I will be dining in more often!

I freaking love this place! Nothing beats a 12 count grilled chicken nugget meal with ranch. The tables had stuff on them, but that's my only complaint. I would have this every day if I could! Also I figured out that a guy that worked there had the same birthday as me (extra bonus)!

I go to this location frequently, but today was exceptional. I went in to pick up an order for my work team and it was a lot to remember. I picked up the food and drove away. I got a call from them and they told me they forgot to give me part of my order. I went back and before I could even touch the door to open it, someone handed me the other part of my meal. I love how friendly the workers are there.

I never dined in at this Chick-fil-A in American Fork before. Took my kids, to eat dinner on a Tuesday night. Their cashier was smiling & friendly. There was a female worker going around checking on everyone, picking up trash, and wiping down tables. She picked up my tray full of trash and offered me a mint. While I was checking on my kids, in the indoor playground, I came back & she packed my left over kids meal bags in a plastic bag to go. The women's restroom & kids playground was clean. I was satisfied. I would highly recommend, their customer service is awesome!

The drive through line is always long, but goes quickly. Food is great quality and customer service is fantastic. Inside is clean, service is fast, kids area is small but fun for kids. Definitely would recommend.

We haven’t been to chick fil a in a while when we arrived it was quite busy. We were able to order fairly quickly and sat for our food. There were two bigger orders right ahead of ours and we were given our food no more than 4 minutes after we sat down. We are broke college kids so we only got 2 sandwiches (they were delicious). A few minutes into our meal an employee named Hector came to ask us how it was, when he noticed we didn’t have any drinks he offered us one on him. It was so sweet and honestly made my day. Hector was very attentive to us and the other surrounding tables during our stay

The service at this place is always second to none. Always friendly, almost always accurate (family favorite restaurant and the seldom mess up out orders) and if they do mess up they are very quick to correct the order. It's their pleasure to serve you.

I haven't been going in a sitting down at restaurants recently. However, today was the best experience when I did dine in. Hector is an amazingly person, friendly and wonderful. Even when he wasn't chatting with our table he was chatting and assisting others. He really made this a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!

I ordered ahead using the app and had minimal time to wait in the drive thru. The food was correctly made and we received everything we ordered including the correct amount of sauce packets.

The food is always great service, friendly employees, and 99% of the time your order is correct! Correct! I can't say the same of other fast food restaurants.

They definitely have a good drive-thru system. Even if there are a lot of cars, it goes quickly.

Love Chick-fil-A, this is one of the better restaurants in the area. The dining room was crowded when we arrived, however as soon as a table was empty it was cleaned and ready for the next person. Alice and Hector were working the dining room and taking care of everyone. It felt like a sit down restaurant. They set the standard for all Chick-fil-A! Great dining experience, I will be back!

A well run local CFA. Always focused on kindly and effecting serving customers. Also always so nice to see the operator (dusty) actively engaged in the local community in a variety of ways. Love to see a small business ran with pride.

I came to Chick-fil-A with my girlfriend, who already knew it. To someone who lived abroad and never heard about Chick-fil-A, I thought that this is going to be almost the same experience as I've had with other fast food chains abroad. Even though the general experience is the same, I never had the experience of a drive-thru. Which might sound a little funny to some. But anyway, I was amazed to see that there were some employees outside at night. Worrying large warm coats with beanies taking orders from cars. To me it was very special because I've never seen anything like that. I felt that there was something very personal about this and not just talking through a microphone to another person making an order. It felt a lot more personal and a lot. Friendlier. I just hope that they get something warm to drink to keep them warm! And if they don't please make sure they do!
The greeting by the lady who took my order was amazing and she was extremely nice and welcoming despite standing outside in the cold. She took my order very professionally and gave me a lot of explanations. After that I drove to pick up my food and the food smelled amazing! The drink was filled up to the top and everything smells so fresh! The thing that I really appreciate about restaurants is when you look inside the kitchen and everything looks in order. The employees were wearing gloves, and everyone seemed very professional. From what I could see it was very clean! I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches which were the healthiest choice, whole wheat bread with grilled chicken. Alongside waffle fries and diet Coke. When I met my girlfriend and we had the food together, the sandwiches were super fresh. The bread was fluffy, the lettuce was washed and green and the tomato was fresh too. The grilled chicken had a smoky flavor and without too much fat on it, which is something that I really appreciate when ordering grilled chicken! Sometimes it's hard to find a healthier choice when going to a fast food restaurant. Overall my experience with Chick-fil-A is great and I'm very satisfied! It's not the first time that I've been there, but it's the first time in the last year that I've been there and I'm really happy!
For anyone who wishes to have good food fast on the way to work, that's a place worth checking!

Drive-thru is always quick, even on busy days. Service is friendly and hasn't missed much on orders. The couple times they did they made it up. We enjoy going here and will continue to return

Always impressed at their speed and friendliness at this location! The long line of cars in the drive thru shouldn’t deter you. They manage to move you through so quickly, I’m always impressed.
