I enjoyed this spot. The menu is unique in that it’s somewhat fast casual yet feels high end and is definitely on the healthier side. The service was quick and friendly, there was plenty of seating and parking and I enjoyed the dessert options. Delectable, and a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Needless to say my company this evening was even better… ;)

Steak is a popular option here, but don't sleep on the Pork Tacos! 🌮 They were tender with lots of meat in every bite and great flavor! The slaw is sweet and fresh which add a great crisp.

******Place was a whole vibe. From the people there to the service. The beehive fries are great, the tri tip yummy. If one thing could improve maybe just refill the lemonades.... 😉 😁

I've eaten here a handful of times and it's been great service every time and I've enjoyed several things on the menu. There is bar-height seating as well as booths and tables. The beet salad is good and the tri-tip is perfect every time. It has a fast food atmosphere because of the noise and industrial decor, but doesn't look or taste like fast food.

Delicious, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. The tri tip is very good and one of their most popular meals. Can’t go wrong with a classic burger, also very good. Really enjoyed the Nutella cheesecake as well.

Fantastic! Food was terrific. My boys are always skeptical of new restaurants but quickly loved their meals. The employees were really friendly and it was just a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks!

Enjoyed our first visit. The wait to order food took a bit (only one cashier on a Friday evening) but once ordered the food got to our table quickly. It was very busy as to be expected with the weekend. We were able to find a table but saw a few groups having to wait for tables to open up.

Ordered the beehive fries and tri tip steak with the peri peri sauce. Both were excellent dishes. The mashed potatoes were extra buttery and delicious. Would love to come
back and try other menu items!

We come here frequently for date night, great food, open floor plan. This time we had the Beet & Squash Salad and the Grilled Tri-Tip, both were excellent. I'd love to see the prices come down a bit for an order-at-the-front type of restaurant.

The food here was almost shockingly good. The atmosphere is kind of a cross between a fast food place and a sit-down place. Prices are going to be around $15-25 per person in most cases. I got the Tri Tip sandwich and it was cooked literally perfectly. No one ever cooks Tri Tip right and these guys nailed it. I got the sweet potato fries and two they were the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. They are almost always overcooked, or undercooked. Not here. We also got there loaded fries (I don't remember exactly what they are called, but they are an appetizer) and they were just as good. I'll probably stop here every time I'm in the area in the future.

First time here, and it was very good! The rosemary vanilla lemonade had a surprisingly great flavor. The Peri Peri chicken was excellent, especially with the cucumber salad on the side! Great for quick, healthy food!

Kitchen 88 has slotted themselves into their own clever space of dining. It's a little more expensive than a typical fast casual joint even though is has a slightly fast casual, almost brunch-like vibe and dining experience. Maybe I've over thinking it but they've done a nice job of creating a bright and busy dining room with a quality menu.

The food is always excellent and I'd recommend the Grilled Tri-tip with a combo of Peri peri sauce and Chimichurri sauce. I've never been disappointed and I think this is a pretty affordable way to buy quality food. It's still priced just above most other standard fast casual restaurants though, so for me it will remain an "every once in awhile" treat instead of slotting into my regular rotation.

Since they have moved to the new location this has become one of mine and my wife’s favorite places to eat! Their ingredients are ALWAYS fresh in fact their salad just even got upgraded to taste even better! Not many companies improve quality of already great dishes. Some of my favorites in order are Pork Sando, Tri-tip w/ BBQ sauce, Steak Sando, Hamburger (forgot it’s name), and I always get the side salad instead of fries… I know what you are thinking, what’s wrong with you, but try it before you judge me. I’m normally a fries guy, but their salad is worth it. On my last visit I got their Peri Peri chicken and I enjoyed it, but not as good as the above options.

I love the hearty meal choices from Kitchen Eighty-Eight. I enjoyed the tri tip steak with BBQ sauce it is a great cut of meat with delicious mashed potato’s.

The artichoke bruschetta was made with pickled artichokes which was an interesting flavor.

Parking is limited in this busy complex. Plan accordingly. Service is prompt we were in and out in 40 mins. Great lunch spot for an office.

We tried K88 for the first time this weekend. It was a 15 min wait to order and there were no empty tables at first. The menu is simple but thoughtful and creative. They do the details well. We got the pork tenderloin, risotto balls, sweet potato fries and I got the strawberry basil lemonade. Every bite was delicious. Pork was tender and well flavored and cooked perfectly. The risotto was creamy and buttery. The asparagus could have been better flavored but the texture was right on. Fries were great, risotto balls addicting and lemonade something I would come back for. Environment was bright and welcoming. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make sure our table was clean after we grabbed an open one. Highly recommend for a not so stuffy but quality dinner.

While I haven't tried every menu item, my personal experience while eating the Peri Peri chicken dish was DIVINE. No exaggerating, this was the best chicken I've ever eaten: not dry, not chewy, fully cooked, perfectly tender, flavorful but not overpowering. The prices are a little higher, but you pay for good quality food. Imagine you ate at Texas Roadhouse but didn't feel crappy at all after eating.

Kitchen 88 might be way more expensive than most places but the quality and culinary experience is second to none.

The tri tip is on another level. The portions have recently increased which helps justify the price.

The strawberry lemonade is also addictive. So delicious.

This is a favorite for my wife and myself. we have. a standing lunch date every Thursday and more often than not we are at Kitchen Eighty-Eight!

we have tried the majority of the menu and have not really found a item we do not enjoy. By far my favorite is the Tri-tip and mashed potatoes. The Tri-tip is tender and delicious, but let’s be serious. The Mashed Potatoes are simply worth the trip. The mashed potatoes are a star and honestly amaze every single time.

The Burgers are super good and so are the salads , the kids meals are big and delicious as well. This is a great family place or a lunch/dinner with friends.

If You have not tried Kitchen Eighty-Eight you must go.

I love the food at Kitchen 88. The tri-tip is very popular for a good reason. It’s so flavorful and cooked nicely. The mashed potatoes are heavenly. The mango and black bean salad is delicious. The dressing is yummy and the mangos add a nice sweetness to the dish. The grilled chicken is tasty. The sweet potato fries are delightful. They also have speciality lemonades that have a refreshing taste. The service was quick and friendly.

It's greaty great at kitchen 88! We stopped by last second on a Saturday night. It was packed. We almost left but the amazing staff cleared us a table just to be nice. So glad they did cause they knocked the food out! Two healthy salads and sweet potato fries locked us in our seats and sent our taste buds to healthy heaven!
