This 7/11 is starting to look better already. Spoke the the owners and they are making improvements. I seen this for my self today. Literally ❤🙏. Very good people. Will be back most definitely 💯

I've been waiting for the day I could just walk out the door,cross the street n have my 7ELEVEN rite here waiting for me🥰..Well today wuz the day n I am very impressed so far..this brand new store has friendly workers and just a great vibe going on,Iim super happy👍🏼😎👍🏼,n very grateful to have this store in my neighborhood finally☺..thank u so much!!!❤💚❤

The best store in this area they have everything you need

So far it's been clean every time I've been in and the cashier was a friendly guy, I agree, if you're there when the ladies are working... It's meh. Only problem I've had though was that last time the Pepsi was out in the soda fountain, so I got something else. At least it's clean!

Same excuse as most 7-Eleven restrooms. “It’s out of order.” But you can take my money for gas, food, drinks and anything else for purchase.
This is on top of the fact that I had to wait for the employee to finish his personal conversation on his cell phone.
But that’s all right, because the Race Track just down the street had absolutely no problems with me using their facilities.

Worst 7-11 I’ve been to. Roller items that are supposed to be 3 for 3.49 and the guy’s trying to charge 5.81 claiming it’s a new franchise. Take your signs down, then, clown. False advertising, and that was after waiting in line for over 15 minutes while he was on the phone with what I can only hope was his boss. Whenever they become whatever they’re changing to from 7-11, I’ll leave this same review.

Everytime I go to this 7 eleven it's another bad experience. Just go a few minutes up the road to the one on university drive for a better experience without all the cashier drama/antics or the racetrac right off of 35.
The cashier's will hold up the line having personal conversations with the person they are cashing out and today two cashiers were getting very verbal with one another wanting to start a fight. Everyone throughout the store could hear the one cashier yelling at the other.
Not a good experience or environment.
Nice and clean and new but not worth it.

Kenya is a rude*** cashier. She just sat in her chair on her phone while I stood with my items waiting to be assisted. I bought multiple drinks and she just got back on her phone without offering me a receipt or even bag. It's just terrible customer service here. Avoid this location.

This place is the worst place to come for coffee early in the morning and at night. You might as well go to Quick Trip 1 mile down because you won't get any fresh coffee. It's sad that you can see employees eating chicken wings but they can't get coffee right.

I always load my prepaid card at 7Eleven stores. This one has the worst cashier Tiara started yelling at me because I had to load my prepaid card twice and get gas. So 3 transactions in total must have been too overwhelming for her. Another cashier had to step up and get my gas because she refused to. Saying was being rude and giving her attitude when she was the one yelling at me.

Been to this 7/11 3 different times and all 3 times the slurpee machines are down. There is no buns for the burnt hotdogs. The staff is extremely rude all I had was a simple question and the lady starts going off. For this 711 being new they sure are unorganized. The staff need better training.

I hate when they ask if you want a bag then lick their fingers to open the bag and have the nerve to get an attitude when you say thats ok i'll carry my items......so you mad because I dont want your nasty saliva on my bag🤦🏽‍♀🤦🏽‍♀

This problem about this 7/11 is when calling to this location is the phone is a cell phone line and its not set up and its a persons direct line of a cell phone line not a 7/11 store line to call to ask to speak to someone at this store for questions if they are able to give you a response about something of anything I try to call for info but this is a problem to .at this location just like the food stamps problem and the owner it will be reported with the health and human services and even with Austin of business bail bond so it will be reported of services .about this issues .

WORST 7/11 I’ve ever been too. Drinks where hot. Customer service is horrible, employees are rude. DO NOT STOP HERE

Store clerk was extremely rude and had an attitude with my husband
