The gentleman that was working today was awesome. A product was discounted by one get one 50% off. For the second time though, they only had one left. So he discounted the one for me and I really appreciate that so much. Thank you!

Caleb is AMAZING. I had a lot of concerns over my prescription. He helped get it all sorted out and very quickly.

New Manager Levi, amazing interaction. Again, how does this one location get employees that are so very friendly, attentive and helpful? When you run into Jonny you can be assured you are being helped by another great employee. How did this store get the best of the best when it come to smart, friendly and helpful staff? Gabe and the rest of the store staff come to the rescue again and again if I have any problems.The website and app are unreliable but thank God for great employees. A unique location with many great employees. Shout out to Sandy...another great employee you can count on. Employee Gabriel, lives up to the higher standards of this store....another welcome addition. Great service as usual which is why I shop at this store. Customer service will make or break any store. Good customer service means helping any and all customers that have a question or complaint until resolved in a cheerful non-confrontational manner. Unfortunately today, many stores are staffed by incompetent, gruff, unhappy and unhelpful employees. So it is with great happiness and great pride I can single out this specific Walgreens location for having over the top customer service. Most employees here try hard but I would like to single out in particular two other outstanding employees that until recently I mistook for managers, namely Jeff and Francine. Many of today's underachievers simply don't care about their customers or their needs. To bad for them because it will come back to haunt them in their futures. So a huge kudos to Gabe, Jonny, Jeff, Brooke and Francine and hoping that this store will continue to train staff on the importance of Great Customer Service.

I'm so happy about the outstanding service I have received at this Walgreens. Gabriel understands my "Couponing" and has helped me find items I needed to best use my money and coupon matches. At other Walgreens I have had trouble finding sale items I needed, either they were moved to an area where labels are not showing their sale price or the stock is completely gone. Gabriel has physically walked me through the store to show me sale items I am missing. Thank you for understanding the importance of putting my money to its best use during this time of inflation and serving your customers with excellence.

Love all of the Pharmacy staff! My parents have been long time customers and when I moved to the area and started filling there, they knew exactly who I was! They know me by sight now and are always very friendly. Also I love the Walgreens App where I can manage my refills and auto fill.

I have always had great experiences at this pharmacy. The staff is patient, friendly and willing to help with my sometimes complex insurance situations. The pharmacy manager Ryan continuously goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. My interactions with him and the rest of the staff have been nothing but pleasant. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I needed help finding a pulse oximeter for my kids with Covid in Boise though I live in Nebraska. Jordan, a Walgreens employee, was most patient and helpful. She found what was needed (that I couldn't find online) and got it bagged up, the bag named, and put it where my son could get it in the drive through. I am most grateful to Jordan, employees who assisted her, and Walgreens for the fine service on a stressful day.

The staff at this Walgreens has always been very helpful. a staff member(pepper) she makes you feel at home, a very delightful employee. I would recommend this Pharmacy to anybody......
