Sonora Restaurant

Delicious beans, rice, enchiladas and salsa. Hot dinner plates was fantastic. I'm not used to that wonderful style of serving food on pre heated plates. Our waitress was so patient and pleasant and I found out, also a body builder. Which is very impressive. She was so beautiful. Thank you for the great food and service! 👍🏼😎👍🏼🫔🌯🌮🇲🇽

We had a great experience. Our server was attentive and accommodating. The portions were very big.. giant burritos and good kid menu options.The bean dip with the chips was a nice touch and their suiza sauce was great. Great tasting food. We are glad that we stopped to eat lunch.

Absolutely amazing. We stopped here on our way home for lunch and the food was extremely good I got the red chicken enchiladas and the sauce was so amazing as well as the enchiladas themselves. Service was great and our waiter was beyond friendly and sweet. Haven’t had this good of Mexican food in a long time.

Food was much better than expected. Good quality burritos. The chipotle chicken was phenomenal! Highly recommend :)

These Bacon and Shrimp Tacos were incredible. The combination of flavors makes for a mouthwatering taste. Our waitress was the sweetest and kindest soul—a great stop on our trip.

Loved our experience here! It was exactly what I hoped for a small town Mexican restaurant. Food was good, service was great, loved that there was a little play set in the back that our little guy could enjoy. Delicious margaritas and virgin margaritas! And so satisfying to support a local small business. I’ll definitely return whenever we’re in town visiting family!!

Sonora restaurant, the food was very good, excellent service. The food was very authentic and you get a good quality for the price. I would highly recommend you stop there if you're passing by horseshoe Ben.

We have been passing by this place for years and since it is between our house and Boise we have not stopped. We made the decision to stop and do take out. It was great and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and authenticity of the food. The rice and mole weee amazing and they really cared about the presentation in our takeout as you can see below. We will definitely it ely be back.

I want to gush but, anyone that owns and is willing to work a restaurant has my respect. Especially in this economy. Another good sign is longevity of ownership. The food is great, the service is great, and the scenery is great. Fast and friendly.

Very casual restaurant so excellent if you have time and want a relaxed dining experience. The food is wonderful and prices are reasonable. Will be making this a regular stop when driving through horseshoe bend.

We loved this eatery in this quaint little town. Linda ,the owner was so friendly, funny and personable. Her food yummy, hence the almost empty chicken wing plate. Burger, awesome!
She makes her own Dippin sauces, washes dishes, busses tables, cooks, it's all Linda. Oops she did have one little helper we met, so sweet.
Stop by this lovely place after a visit to the monastery. You won't regret it !!

Great food, just listed 40 acres near Sonora Restaurant. After planting signs we got a great meal.

Excellent food, great customer service. I will make this a regular stop on my travels. Its hard to find good Mexican food in Idaho. I got an order of their tacos. Typically I'm not a hard shell person, but this restaurant might have converted me. Far better food than any similar restaurant down in the Treasure Valley
