McDonald's

5-star food, service, and ambiance. I felt like a king when I walked in and the doorman took my coat. What I ordered was the Big Mac, what I received looked like what I would expect if I were to have dinner at the not-Trump-era White House. All ingredients are locally and responsibly sourced, probably. I recommend ordering the crab cake and octopus appetizers from their secret menu!

It was great, I came in on a dinner break at work. The service was quick. I was able to relax and enjoy my chicken nuggets, fries and a ice cold dr pepper.

Real good service. Young guys for the most part when I went in. but not idjits or smartasses. Just good young men doing their jobs in good spirits

Nemo is awesome I called the eagle store because I was unable to call the Emmett store due to them messing up my order (yet again) and he went above and beyond to try to get ahold of them and when he was unable to he offered to send me a coupon in the mail amazing person

The Grimace shake was probably the best shake I ever had in my life. The food tasted incredible. Not to mention they gave us a free meal for a small mistake that only delayed us 1min. I laughed because the "McDonald's" on my island can take up to an hour to serve you trash.

After trying Wendy’s and Taco Bell but to no avail, I showed up at McDonald’s and was greeted with a very enthusiastic “howdy howdy, what can I get going for you this fine evening?” An impressively pleasant and very customer-focused conversation ensued and soon, I was headed out with my order. Upon asking the amazing woman at the window her name, she responded “Sarah” - so, to Sarah’s supervisor(s), please strongly consider giving this fantastic employee a raise and thanking her for not only the customer service but customer experience she provided for me tonight. Haven’t tried the food yet but my night was made with Sarah’s service. A+!

I've lived by thus McDonald's for 3 years and I've never had a wrong order

Cleanest McDonald’s playplace area I’ve been too! The lobby hours are kind of random because of shortage of staff I heard from an employee. The employees are always very helpful and the one time they messed up my order they gave me a coupon for a free meal.

Placed order, was delivered fast, tasted great, and it has a cool like patio, sorta of (park benches)

OMG THE BACON RANCH MCCRISPY OMG OMG!!!! The best thing that has ever been in my mouth!! Definitely going back! Could have used a little more ranch but non the less still busting! Fries where so good and salty tonight! I knew it would be a good night when I saw the sunset and had to share it with McDonald’s! The Dr Pepper was impeccable! Everyone go get this right now! RUN DONT WALK!! Wish the kid at the window didn’t mumble and spoke in full sentences and spoke a little louder. Instead of asking us to round up for the Ronald McDonald foundation he said round up to 18 please ugh!!!

Always good but always busy too!

Another great visit. Hot food with good service. We went through the drive through quickly and without drama.

I have five stars based on other McDonald’s. I have only used the drive through at this location. The service was what you should receive when you visit a McDonald’s.

This location is almost always job well done. My last visit i asked for nuggets cooked to order, and I'm pretty sure the crew did not like that, because my top 10 piece was hot n fresh, but the bottom one was barely warm nuggets, and also my fries were half full. I pulled in tonight, and told Suzy what happened and she took care of me! Thanks Suzy! I feel much better now! (Waiting for my order out front! I'm hoping it's great! (:p

My work is close by, so I usually will come here once a week. Every time the order is correct, and the food is made fresh.

The only downside is that it is always busy, which is good for business, but man it sucks when you've only got 30 minutes, and a bunch of people who clearly don't work and have no where to be clog up the lines with their $50 orders, and old ears that probably shouldn't be driving in the first place.

It's McDonald's people, it's not some high end restaurant, even though your taste buds died 20 years ago. Go eat some plants, and get off the streets. Thanks.

Had a great attitude when I returned my sandwich for a new one.

I am not one who enjoys fast food but for a couple weeks while I was in Eagle I delivered Door Dash. I have to say, Eagle mc Donald's has the best team I've seen. Efficient like no other as a Dasher. Eagle was always a yes.

We just had the freshest, most delicious food here, all the staff were very professional, patient and polite, everything including bathroom was very clean! I wish all the McDonald's were exactly like this one! 11/19/19 10:30 am
Beyond Excellent!!!

This group of employees always have to deal with me customizing our food order. My family is picky. They always do a great job

I eat at McDonald's probably twice a month due to traveling a lot for work (and let's face it the fries are delicious!), and convenience... bit this McDonald's was amazing! We went through the drive thru, they were pleasant taking our order, the girl at the first window was super nice, not to mention well-dressed and clean. The girl at the second window was incredibly nice, and joked with us, and had a beautiful smile! Our order was perfect, including enough sugar/cream in hot coffee, and extra ice (which no one EVER gets right!), well made burgers, fresh fries, and a fully cooked egg. Everything was hot and delicious!!! Seriously impressed as most McDonald's (really fast food places in general) do not offer such a wholly great experience!! Thank you!!
