David, the assistant manager, is one of the BEST PEOPLE in town! Holy cow! This guy is selfless and generous and attentive. I pulled in, and he noticed that my car side view mirror had broken off, and he grabbed some gorilla glue, and helped me fix it and then, on top of gorilla glue to fix it he also gave electrical tape; all at no charge! I immediately fueled up at this gas station, because they are classy and a cut above, obviously! This absolutely made my day, David! You deserve a raise, or to work somewhere that is willing to pay you how much value you provide. You will go so far in your career, whereever you choose, so if you stay with these guys, make sure they pay you what you’re worth! Very impressed!

We'd have world peace if all gas stations were this one. Staff here are great. I guess I'm just confused by the reviews here. Y'all do know you're reviewing a gas station, not a Las Vegas casino, right? Lmao people whining they couldn't sit there and buy 40 lottery tickets in a row to satisfy their gambling problem 🤡💀

I go to Jackson's 119 store pretty much every day. The rewards card is very cool too. All in all great experience

Pretty clean and customer service is good. Lots of choices for snacks and drinks. The taquitos they have are decently cheap and very delicious.

Cj from store number 96 is amazing !! . He went above and beyond to help me find a certain brand of chips that I really wanted we found it !!best service ever !!

My neighborhood jacksons, the employees know me, know what i get, are always wanting to chit chat! Just a great, welcoming environment!!

Great convenient store, same as all the other Jackson's.

Ive been to this gas station well over a hundred times. The cashiers can usually always work 2 registers if it gets busy. The parking lot is a little jenky though

The employees really need to work on there social skills everybody that works there just seem dazed and confused , the only employee I like there that seems normal is the guy with the semi long hair that works nights he's a really cool guy other than that place is trash if it wasn't for him I would of put 1 star

Nice staff, but some times there are people that are not nice at all. Clean for the most part.

Stopped in to get a few things before work and one of the clerks, Marissa, is behind the counter dropping F bombs all over the place. Very unprofessional.

Typically a GREAT store. We love Cody and Lashawn. However…Tonight (3-12-23 at approximately 11:30PM) The new associate, Shane, was in the back of the store the majority part of our visit there and paying no attention to the front. He was the only one there. After we purchased a few items from him, he went and stayed in the back. We went to the lottery machine and started playing the lottery. After about 15-20 min, he comes from the back and starts screaming at us using profanity and yells “you guys need to buy your ‘EFFING’ lottery and get the ‘F’ out of the store. I have too much to do.” Shane was EXTREMELY irate after that, VERY unprofessional and seems like he can’t handle being awake for a night shift, or even being able to run a gas station alone. VERY unsatisfied, I’ll make sure everyone knows Shane.

Went to buy lottery tickets for my father in law and my self. They would not sell separate tickets to any one because there to busy.

So I was told to go to automatic lotter machine to get the tickets they didn't tell I had to use exact change instead on spending 12 dollars I had spend 20 dollars

Bald guy won't stop asking my girlfriend if she's available, even though we live down the street and come in together, and she has turned down before. Very sloppy to do on shift and quite nasty.

Came in this morning at 630 am and its advertised that this store is open 24 hours, well if it is then why were the doors locked? What i didnt appreciate was the cashier was glaring at me like she knew she should have opened up for me but chose not to, very unprofessional will not be back to this location in the future will go to maverick I guess now where I know I won't be glared at and they will actually be open when they say they are

Evening cashier was rude and I haven't been back cause she still works there. Younger dark haired girl...
