The UPS Store

I have shipped numerous times from this location. Never had an issue. They are friendly, professional and always help me find the best & least expensive way to ship. Just shipped 9 HUGE bins of items to a child in the military. I called ahead to make an appointment and they had someone there to help me bring them all in, took great care in explaining which packages should have insurance on them and which didnt need it. They also have great laminating & notebook binding prices. Love having this place near me.

Kiera was very helpful. I was struggling to return an Amazon gift from Christmas and she went above and beyond. She called Amazon’s customer service and walked me through it. Everyone else is kind there as well. This was very stressful for me but ended up being smooth in the end. Thank you for all your help!

For the last six years I have have had a box at this store. I am in this store everyday and sometime twice a day. The owner and staff are always courteous and polite. I am always greeted with smile. I am thrilled with the quality of print products I have got from them over the years. Overall, my experience with this store is amazing and I highly recommend them.

The staff members at this UPS store were respectful, cordial and professional with me and every other customer that came in while I was in the store. I needed to ship a fragile high value item with high insurance. They provided adecúate packaging and protection at a very reasonable price. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied with his service. I will certainly return to this store for all future shipping needs. Not only because they are 5 minutes away from my house, but because they made a positive first impression. It’s hard to find people that genuinely care about providing a stellar customer service to their clients.

I've had PO Boxes over the years and always avoided UPS Boxes because they were a little more expensive, and I thought I didn't need the extra features. Don't make the same mistake I did! I finally tried one after this location opened up right next to our neighborhood, and I wish I would have switched a long time ago!

First the text notifications actually work on time, every time. I was excited when PO Boxes started announcing that feature a while ago until I got exactly one of those notifications when it was first announced then not a single one after that. With UPS they scan it as it comes in and pings right to my phone to tell me for each and every package or mail item I have to pick up.

The real street address feature works perfectly also, I've received packages and mail from every possible type of carrier, including places that don't deliver to PO Boxes.

Also when going to the actual store, it's always way less busy and less crowded than the post office which saves a ton of time and is worth the slightly higher cost alone. The people at this location are amazing too, super friendly and most of the time have my packages already waiting for me on the counter from just seeing me walking in from the parking lot.

I've already canceled my PO Box and can't recommend UPS boxes highly enough!

I visited this location for the first time yesterday and a girl named Lindsay helped me. She was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgable. This will be my new location from now on! The store was also well stocked and had everything I needed! Thank you, I will be back again!

I love our local UPS store. They always help me with all my printing and shipping needs, Sky the young lady who works there is very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I know there have been some bad reviews in the past, but I've been using them a lot for notary services during COVID-19. Lindsay is awesome, and will give you great service.
