Albertsons

This is the third birthday cake in a year that I have ordered from Albertsons on State and Glenwood. They always do an amazing job!! I’ve thrown some curve balls for themes, can give very little detail and they knock it out of the park!! One top of the design, there is no better flavor cake or buttercream than Albertsons. From Nerf to Lego to Tye dye cupcakes it’s amazing. We also ordered a sandwich platter and received so many compliments! The kids and the parents loved it. I appreciate that they included the mustard and Mayo on the side per our request. Thank you!!

Please first note that I am disabled and frequently use one of their electric scooters. They're always available and charged up. I can't begin to tell you how nice the people are that work there. Their attitudes are fabulous and they're just super nice. I frequently go to the deli and one of the employees that works at the deli counter and older gentleman always comes out from behind the counter greets me that is so nice and is always super helpful. There is also another employee that works there and I think he's kind of like a greeter and there to help you find stuff when you need help. He has locked me out to my car open my car door for me and take them electric scooter back for me loaded my groceries all without me ever asking. I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it is that people at that store still have customer service skills. I hope Albertsons does everything it can to keep their employees. They scored big time on the people who work there

I've been a customer at this Albertsons for years now. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I've seen the store manager outside doing grunt work on more than one occasion, and he seems to be out in the store quite a lot, which I think is always a good sign. Like all Albertsons, some things are a bit pricey, but they always have a pretty good selection of quality produce, and they have more vegan products bring added slowly.

I love the Eagle Albertsons. The staff are kind, caring and helpful. And, this store does a wonderful job of supporting the Eagle Community Foodbank. I am in this store multiple times a week, and always have a good experience.

I was more than impressed and grateful with the service that I got in the deli section yesterday. The deli manager was straightening products and greeted me and asked how my day was going. I told him fine, until now. I told him that there were no beef or Italian sub sandwiches in the display case and that my boyfriend loves the beef and Italian subs. I told him that I buy one every week. My boyfriend then cuts a section off for his lunch every day.
So, the manager went back and had them make me a sandwich. I thanked the manager and the shift manager profusely for making the sandwich. Monday was a good day.

Great local grocery store. Been shopping here for decades. Whether a quick snack/drink, or weekly shopping there is a variety of groceries. I love trying new local products!

All Albertson employees are friendly, trained well and always ready to help you.
I enjoy the in-store savings on after holiday sales, buy one get one free sales, at the deli area; hot wings and summer Cole slaw.
Albertsons donates to help the hungry and has been in business many years.

My husband and I have been shopping at this Albertsons for several years and we enjoy and appreciate those that work there. Although we find a couple of people are a little standoffish when you attempt to start up a conversation but we found that they are that way always. We would like to mention how amazing the Front End staff are. Welcome back Seth as well.

I just popped in to pick up a salad and something from the deli for lunch and I wanted to take a moment to say how amazing the manager of this store is. I saw him helping out in the deli and walking around the store with employees. When I was leaving I saw him out in the parking lot with a leaf blower. The store was clean, well organized and everything that I saw looked fresh. 10/10, will stop in again.

Albertsons has always been a customer friendly place to shop. If you can't find what you need, just ask someone. As always the staff and Albertsons deserve 5⭐

It may not be as big as some of the other stores in the Treasure Valley, but it has by far the friendliest and always very helpful customer service representatives. The re-design of the building also adds to the wonderful experience you get while shopping there. They have made a regular shopper out of me!

Albertsons has been in Idaho for a long time. Its always been a great place to shop..I'm interested in the U.S. BANK and the pharmacy..so convenient for me.I don't have to drive any further..I can get all my shopping done..I love the deli too..wherever I go, there's always an Albertsons.

Great pharmacy! Produce I love and if you remember the old commercials " It's Joe Albertsons supermarket but the Bakery Department is Mine! " oh boy I think I aged myself a bit.

Remodel makes it look great and more up to date! The main reason I’m leaving this review is because I went in and got a family chicken dinner on Wednesday after work. Alyssa in the deli was so sweet and made sure I was taken care of and could carry it all. Thanks Alyssa!

I have been annoyed at Albertsons in general for a few years because of how difficult the receipts were to read. Bumms me out because the sales are great. Well, they fixed the receipts and I can now read total price paid per item! Might get to shop at Albertsons more now! This has always been a favorite location as the employees are super nice.

New location of residency means getting acquainted with new stores and surroundings overall etc. That being said.. I'm getting more familiar with this Albertsons location too! The team that runs this store have been very friendly and helpful and always have a smile and a friendly 'hello'. I believe that says a great deal on not only the people that are hired but perhaps the people that Anderson's want to be the face drop off their store as well. I was born and raised here in Boise. Albertson's will always be considered a staple here within the treasure valley for sure!

Always accomidating, friendly staff. Meats are the best in the area and they will cut anything you need, wrap it the way you want and tell you ways to save money. Their aisle foods are a bit higher than other area stores but the sales are very competitive.
