Such a great store with amazing customer service! Everyone offers kind smiles when I walk in. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! :)

I can only vouch really for the pharmacy that's where most of my business is but they are Very efficient, quick, super nice staff and they know their business. they're very polite.

Seth did our COVID-19 vaccines. He made us feel very reassured and safe and he was very friendly and professional.

The lady giving the COVID vaccine at Glenwood location is amazing. I am terrified of shots and she made it an easy and fun experience.

Very personable and kind pharmacy and checkout employees. I have some physical challenges shopping in a store however the Cashier helped me empty my cart and offered to call another employee who could help me to the car if needed.

Never had any issues here, but I’ve been wondering about the people living in the parking lot and how much the rent is.

Himalayan sized speed bumps in the parking lot are jolting even from a dead stop. The pharmacy doesn't make solution based medications.

Nice staff but sometimes the wait is a bit much. Wish their pharmacy was opened longer on the weekends so I can pick up medication after I get off work.

Typically when I call to check on a prescription, I only have to wait a few minutes to talk to someone.... I called at 1pm, BEFORE they went to lunch. They didn't get to me before they went on lunch, fine I'll wait. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half. Google live says right now they're less busy than usual. IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THIS LONG TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF A PRESCRIPTION!

I periodically visit this Walgreens just after 8am before I start work at 825am. I work 2 minutes away, across the steet. If I'm stopping at Walgreens before work, I'm usually sick lol. Each time I go, I have to hunt down an employee. I give myself a good 15 minutes, and even though my shopping takes 5 minutes, I'm often nearly late for work due to the time it takes to find someone to help me. Today, I called for an employee, knocked on the office door, and finally abandoned my hand basket at the front. This is pretty bad - just don't waste your time and go to Walmart instead.

For additional context, I recently moved all of my prescriptions away from (all) Walgreens, too, due to horrible service.
