Safeway

Been my neighborhood store for 5 years. They are consistent. Have deals on what we buy. Always friendly and helpful staff. I do buy from nearby places but this store is my go to place of choice. The only reason I shop roseaurs is because they have better bacon and seafood over the counter! ;)

I got shrimp from the seafood department. The man working, Seth i believe, was very kind and explained to me what the difference is between Prawns and shrimps and we landed on Shrimp as what i was looking for. He made my shopping experience better than last time.

It was really cold do to the weather and it freezing to turbine I think is what they was saying so they had no heat in there

Samuel who works in the deli deserves a raise!!!! Defiantly the best customer service in a long time and he handled and made my food awesomely. Despite the long line and no help he kept a positive attitude and helped each customer happily!!!

Ladys in the bakery are always so happy, and such great help. Just ordered another cake, cant wait to see it tomorrow. Here's the last one.

Best Safeway in town IMO of course. Unfortunately I don't like the closure at night unlike most Safeways around that normally stay open 24hrs day but that is because this is Yakima valley thieves and killing each other so I don't blame business owners of course for protecting their employees and business. Anyways, kind staff clean store and that's what this is about.

I love shopping at this location. This is my neighborhood grocery store and I always have a great experience. The cashiers are friendly. Love the people who work in self checkout, they are always very helpful and friendly to my daughter and I. The manager is great, I like that he has no problem helping find an item or help the cashiers bag the groceries. All around great place!

I tried again, disappointed again!
I brought in 3 bags.
Bought just a few items.
Wasn't busy at all.
I had to ask cashier Kevin if he was going to 'bag' my items.
(Man b4 me bagged his own!) Kevin reluctantly bagged everything into 1 bag while I placed food from the deli in another bag. With a 3rd bag sitting right there, he crammed everything into 1....why? Why not split my items so it was easier for me to carry.

Last chance. I won't be back.

Clean restrooms, clean store and friendly staff. Store sales, discounts and members prices throughout store. 🤩 love the rewards of either reducing gas prices or free products in-store. Wheelchair friendly. Love the $5 deals on Fridays.

Found everything I needed for the New Year. Friendly checkers.

Very friendly workers and customers. I could lean over to get peanut butter and another customer helped me. I just had my gallbladder removed recently and I'm slowly moving and healing. Some items haven't been on shelves but glad there are other choices. Store was very clean and didn't wait long in the lines.

I worked here for 3 years, (good place to work if you're job searching, or a good first job for teens , or just in general.) It's my favorite grocery store , sometimes their prices are high, but you'll know the quality you get from the merchandise/groceries you buy from here will always be A1. Highly recommend this store.

We use their pharmacy. They are very nice people and we can get all our shots there

I love Safeway as the Summit view site when I shop is rarely crowded unlike Fred Meyer. And I can easily find what I'm looking for. The pharmacy goes over & beyond to get you the best price.

Better staffed than several years ago. Great pharmacy staff too.

I really enjoy this Safeway. It wasn't too crowded, the manager actually packed some of my cart whole the checker was telling me funny stories. Everyone was in a really good mood and it made the stress of shopping in the middle of a pandemic a bit more enjoyable. Thank you for that

I have been going to this store for at least 6 yrs. now and always have great service. Employees are so nice and the store is always well kept. As long as I live close to this store you won't find me shopping else where very often.

As usual my visit to Safeway was great. They have great friendly service and the store was nice and clean; and cool. They are stocked full and had everything I needed. The pharmacy is great as well. My favorite store.

Although this Safeway is out of my way, they have the best floral department in town! I was honestly shocked at how excellent their customer service was. I usually go to safeway on 1st or 24th and have never really had a good positive experience at their floral departments. Flowers are fresh and arrangements are beautiful at the safeway on 56th and the lady at the desk even wrapped it for me in a box with pink tissue! I highly recommend!
