Nice area to bring your children lots of trees and shade. They have a good variety of playground toys for older and younger children. There are areas to picnic a nice trail to walk/bike also have a gazebo and public restrooms it's a dog friendly park as long as they are on their leashes lots of running ground for them. The skate park of a plus.

I went in to see about joining. The front staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a short application. The fees seemed to be comparable to other workout businesses with pools that I have used in the past. The place seemed very clean. I only saw the front, I plan on going back for the tour. They had a lot of handicapped parking, and the sidewalks are all handicap accessible. There is a park to the side of the building that hosts soccer games, and I see people walking their dogs all the time. Lots of room for the kids to run. I believe I also saw a playground for kids as well. There are tables around the park. I also believe there is an outside skate park around the back.

This park is clean and open. I didn't notice any trash littered around while we were there, and there is plenty of open space to move. The play structure was large, though I would say it is more geared towards older children. My 2 year old was able to enjoy some parts of it though. There's a large walking path, a skate park, and a few playfields. Lots of dog owners enjoy this park too, so watch out for doggie bombs in the grass.

Great place to take the kids or pets for a walk. Plenty of open space and several areas with tables and benches to rest or picnic at. The play area is modern and safe and the nearby YMCA aquatic center has all the workout amenities one could want.

So many options of what you can do at this park. We've had lunch/picnics. My kids played on the big toys. We've been invited to birthday parties. You can set up for a day of fun! Play or practice soccer etc. Very open area. There's room for everyone. Everyone who visits is very good at keeping this park clean.

Its got alot of grassy fields to play soccer and run around it. It also has a playground for tots and for older kids. Currently they are building a swimming pool but it has not affected our time at the park. So pumped for the new pool to be complete. I recommend this park.

Still a popular place for soccer.
We reserved the shelter and had a big fun birthday party. There's a really nice playground.

We used the shelter again for a big picnic. The park staff were helpful and there are clean public restrooms.

Loved it ! Took my 3 yr old grandson to try and fly a kite. We did pretty well until he lost the reel bc of the strong wind. I caught it, but too late, Charlie Browned it in a sycamore tree😁

Amazing hidden gem. My kids loved how uniquely different the toys were. All thanks to the yakima rotary club. They have multiple soccer fields and lots of slides. No swings though. Still a very beautiful environment to have a lunch and let the kids play.

I love that they still do the Movies in the park! I used to go to them with my daughter a few years ago. I just drove by there last night (Sunday night) and saw that they were doing it again and it made me smile! It's a great park--nice skate park too--it always seems busy!

The park is clean & very well kept. One thing that definitely disturbs me is that their was a man; obviously homeless, brandishing a holstered semiautomatic handgun on his belt. The park should be placarded; No Weapons Allowed. Many children there enjoying skate park.

Fun place for the family. Cool water for the summer heat. Cool like that guy over there at One Handy Henderson, he can fix anything.

This is probably my favorite park in town. I love the toddler section and my older son loves the climbing platforms. And of course we all love the saucer swing! Only downside is it's on the opposite side of town from where we live. But it's always worth the drive.
