Amazing customer service! Jason and Erica were absolutely outstanding at explaining all of my concerns and setting me up with a new account. I was even able to walk out with a new iPhone 15. Highly recommend this location! I will be returning soon! Thank you.

Erica was awesome throughout my entire experience, from me calling to ask if they had a phone in stock to my upgrade and transfer of all the data from one phone to another. And she did it with a smile and while juggling four different customers at the same time!

Went in to get a new phone and they mentioned a great trade in offer so we ended up leaving with 2 new iPhones and 2 watches. Outstanding customer service from Zac! He's so helpful and thorough in explaining the promotional offer and setting us up. This is a great store to go to!

Robert was nice and polite and helped me and my husband with our phones and was patient, very good customer service

Went in to upgrade 3 phones and had no problems. Zach was quite helpful from ordering the phones to setting them up and transferring data. Really appreciated all his help. He was very friendly and personable.

I love the staff at this location, they made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, the store is under new management and the Store Manager Sharon is one of the most kind and caring manager I’ve dealt with, she understood all my concerns regarding my bill and found the perfect solution for me while saving me money, she took her time and was very patience with this hard headed man. Hands down to the great customer service they have going on at this location. I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family.

Great customer service today. I went in for AirPods and walked out being able to save over 150.00 with my monthly bill!! Joshua greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was very pleasant with his hand off for Angel to assist me. Angel has exceptional customer service skills and is very personable!! He completely exceeded my expectations!! The district manager Jeremy happened to be in the store, he introduced himself and jumped right in with the transaction. He took extra steps in making sure everything would work out smoothly. I can tell he’s the epitome of a transformational leader just from the education he provided both agents during my time in the store. They both educated me on AT&T products and services. Over the past several months I've had the pleasure of being a customer of this store. We have a very large family with each of us having different upgrade dates. When it has come time for someone to upgrade, we have gone right to them for the excellent help and support. At times it has been extremely busy when we have walked in but we have never felt like we were not important or not being attended to. Each sales person is very knowledgable and works together well as a great team. It is nice to see a group of people have the ability to work as well and efficiently together as this one does.

The Store Manager at this location is one of the best managers, she is kind and always has a smile on her face. She always make sure I get excellent service when it comes to my cellphone needs. I’ll keep coming back to this store, ask for Sharon she is awesome.

I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly but Ziaire (Zy-ree) is an awesome asset to this store. He called AT&T for us and helped us figure out what was wrong with our account. We were just at another AT&T store 15 minutes away where we received little to no help. Thank you Ziaire for your help, we walked away very happy!☺

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Definitely ask for the manager Jenna everytime. She will go above and beyond to help and is very honest and trustworthy! Best experience I've ever had at an AT&T store. Highly recommend!

I gotta admit that every time I go to ATT stores I never have a good experience until today when I visited the Sugarland store in HWY 6 I was immediately greeted by a young lady named Sharon who was very busy with other people but she took the time to made me feel welcomed, once it was my turn she took her time to deal with my issue, not rushing at all and not trying to sell me something she was more worried about finding the best deal for me and my family including home services. I finally found my forever store! Thank you Sharon and staff for being a living proof of what customer service should be like.
