The UPS Store

I visit this UPS store often. I live less than two miles away. This site is equipped to handle several services to the community, and shipping is their main focus which they do extremely well. The staff are friendly and helpful, their customer service attitude is amazing, they always smile, and explain everything that has to do with your visit. Their Self Help drop off Hub for Amazon returns sure makes a huge difference in the time you spend at this location. The prices match the service you receive, and it's well worth it. I haven't had one single bad experience since I been stopping by to either fax, return,or ship out packages. Want quick service with a smile? This is the place.

Parth it's very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was mailing a package that had specific instructions and he not only provided me with useful information but he also was very helpful with the entire process.

Needed to make copies of forms that were in the body of an email - but in two different formats. The fellow was able to convert them and make professional looking copies. And then Maria was on hand to notarize my signature. The UPS Store is a one-stop shop!

Yesterday I had a great experience with the Manager at this store. I come here all the time and the staff is nice and efficient. I had one small hiccup and appreciated the managers approach and willingness to help solve the issue at hand. The store is always clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

I know this place has low ratings but I had an amazing experience. Maria was kind and super helpful. I had a package that was being delivered to the wrong address and Maria was on top of it and got it all figured out without the package getting shipped back to me. So grateful for their services!

Maria is manager of this store. She is extremely communicative & helpful. We had some major problems with delivery in AK. Maria worked tirelessly to resolve our situation. She is invaluable as an advocate for her customers.

I don’t know what the reviews are talking about, but I go to this store regularly and have never had any issues. I always experienced friendly and prompt customer service.

I have done drop-offs, printing, and shipping at this location. The prices have always been stated fairly and ahead of time.

Would recommend this UPS. Keep up the great work!

Been just easy and quick dropping Amazon returns.

Great customer service when I was in yesterday evening! The older gentleman and his assistant were clearly busy today but made time, with a smile, to get my shipment packed and shipped out even though I arrived as the last UPS pick-up was about to leave for the day. I am all over the valley dropping packages can be time-consuming when the people behind the counter aren't paying attention to those who already have everything wrapped up and ready to go with labels attached. I have waited in some stores up to 30 minutes for the person behind the counter to recognize I have a prepaid envelope already labeled just to give to them. The staff at McKellips and Gilbert have always been alert to everyone walking in the door and I have never had to wait more than just a couple minutes, that's incredible customer service compared to all the other UPS stores around the valley. I love that when I walk in and smile I always get a smile back! The staff here are beautiful people! They have provided excellent customer service everytime we have come into this store! He is super helpful! Thank you!

The store manager he is amazing!!! I was having so many issues with my package not being delivered, bare in mind these are my contacts that i need to see legally. I spent 12 hours on the phone with customer service and their supervisors and managers but my issue was resolved because i got a hold of Barry! A wonder sweet gentleman who took his time to deliver the package to me him self because no one would have been able to get it to me until the 21st. Its upsetting that barry had to do the deliver driver and customers services job. Just go to show that big corps only care about their money but small retailers really do care. Thank you sooooo much barry, you literally have made my week by being such a wonderful person!

All the staff was attentive and friendly even during a rush. Maria helped me out with notary services and she got me in/out with a smile!

My experience this morning with the older male staff ( I don't know if they have other male staff ) was amazing! He was not only extremely helpful to me, he was also very patient and helpful to the man that was before me. The male staff was the only staff when it was just opened. He went back and forth to serve both of us efficiently and cheerfully. He helped me solved a problem that I am so grateful that I have to leave a positive review for him.
