I mostly order online, but lately have been coming to this perfect location near me! Very friendly staff with excellent customer service! I commend Debbie, the counter clerk who always seem to ring me up the few times I've been to the store and have been very helpful with my purchases! Very satisfied with JCPENNEY! They deserve more than 5 stars in my book! Will definitely shop here more!

I needed to make a return that I had purchased online. The young lady at the register was polite, quick, and friendly. This store was very clean and organized nicely. They had a big map right when you walk in with the layout and departments in the store so that you could find what you need. They had a lot of sale/clearance merchandise. JCP also has an app where you can get discounts and points for your purchases.

Best place to buy clothing and shoes for the money. Got new shoes and fresh threads off of the clearance racks for my cousin's wedding which is next month and saved major dough. Just wish they would put some shopping carts upstairs for the men's department as the clothing gets heavy from carrying it.

Had to great cashier's help me Rosa got me set up restarting my account, told me all the specials going on with restarting my credit card, then Debra checked me out and showed me the discounts I got today and still can come back tomorrow for same discounts, saved $141 today.

There store is clean and the displays well organized. Prices were good and there are a lot of special promotions. Everyone was friendly. I don't know why more people aren't shopping at JCPenney's.

This is a great place to come if you like hunting. So many times people compliment me and ask where I got my outfit and they're surprised when I say JCPenny. Found this cute flask, bath rugs, towels in the perfect color, cute jeans and sandals all on sale.

JC Penney has lasted through the ages! I've always found nice dress clothes here for my boys. They have a great line of jr mens suits in slim sizes and some fun prom jackets. Good quality suits, shirts and ties. I've found some fun clothes for myself as well.

We shopped there earlier today and had a great experience. Debbie was the associate who helped us at check out and was very welcoming. She helped us out when we noticed some stains on dresses we found. Definitely will continue to shop at this location in the future.

The customer service was wonderfully . There was a greeter who opened the door for us and help us get a basket . We were looking for swim trunks for myself . We found them and a few shirts As well . Checkout was a breeze . The same greeter opened the door for us as we left .

I honestly like that everything was clean, clothes hung up right and the people and cashiers were very friendly.

So I'm in my 40s but always think JCP is a senior store or a place to buy bedding or drapes...lol. Not really my go to for clothes BUT my daughter needed dress pants for a school competition and the womans discount rack was amazing. Checkout was $90 but with the clearance discount prices for 2 pairs of business slacks, it was $23! Great quality, fashionable and amazing deal. She looked so sharp for her competition! Guess I need to change my opinion of JCP now! ❤

First time at this JCPenney's. Nice store, a bit hard to find but good set up. The floor walkers and cashier's were nice and courteous..thumbs up.

Nice location, close to many other shopping outlets. The store is updated with all the latest fashion items, Sephora's outlet inside. Importantly the staff seems to be very young, energetic and helpful.

We went to but a couple men's dress shirts and they had a great selection and a buy one get one free sale as well. The employees were all very helpful and the atmosphere in the store was nice. I appreciated that the employees were helpful without being too pushy. And they didn't all disappear when we needed help either.

They actually had some items that fit my son who wears tall sizes including pants with 36" inseam. He's not big and tall just tall so it can be difficult to find things that fit. I usually shop online for him but he had a last minute event. Staff was friendly. The try on rooms were open.

I like both in store shopping and on line. JC Penneys has my style of clothing. Not too young and trendy not too old lady. Their return policy is generous. They have great 👛 s nice travel suitcases, fun T shirts, dress up clothes for boys and Disney theme clothes.
Their gold jewelry is high quality. And their makeup line is better than most. Checkout takes longer than most stores 👎. Still I will continue to shop at Pennys.
